• En la presencia de peróxidos, HBr se adiciona a alquenos para formar el producto “anti-Markovnikov”.
• Los peróxidos producen radicales libres.• Sólo el H – Br tiene la energía de enlace adecuada.• El H – Cl es demasiado fuerte y se adicionará de
acuerdo a Markovnikov’s, incluso en la presencia de peróxidos.
