麻辣烫• 麻辣烫 Is a one of the most famous food in China. You can see it in

everywhere all over China. It is from Sichuan province.• 麻 means your mouth and tongue is numb, this taste thanks to a

condiment called “ 麻椒” ----the pictures on the next page.• 辣 means your mouth is very very hot • 烫 means some water is hot, and it is also a cook way.• 麻 and 辣 are the only two things in Sichuan dish and is popular in

every China street. Especially at night .
