B. New Situation - 了le •你怎么了？ 好像不舒服•我感冒了。 我痛疼发烧， •还有一点儿咳嗽。• Nǐ zěn me le? Hǎo xiàn bù shūfú.• Wǒ gǎnmào le. Wǒ tóngténg fāshāo • hái yǒu yì diǎnr késòu.

• Are you all right? You look uncomfortable. • I am sick. I have headache, fever and cough.

怎么了？What happened? What’s wrong?

•你怎么了？•他怎么了？•你们怎么了？•老师怎么了？

•他生病了•她病了•她饿了•我们想走了•他不太舒服•他不太高兴

C. le placed at the end of a sentence

•你看医生了没有？•看了，我也吃药了， 可是还没有好呢。• Nǐ kàn yīshēng le méi yǒu?• Kàn le. Wǒ yě chī yào le, kěshì hái méiyǒu hǎo ne.

• Did you see the doctor?• Yes, I took the medicine, but still sick.

Use in Questions•Sentence ends with 了 le. •你会开车了吗？• Nǐ huì kāichē le ma ?

•Not doing V. any more •他不吃肉了。•Tā bù chī ròu le. • He is not eating meat any more.
