    Brindavan is serving food mostly for high classpeople

    Sanskruti hotel serves food to all class of people

    Both Brindavan and Sanskruti first give seat to

    their customer and then collects order.

    In Brindavan and Sanskruti order is being taken, it is

    passed in kitchen and food is cooked and then being

    served to the customer.

    In both the restaurant food is already prepared andhalf is only prepared when the order is being placed

    like chapati, grave of sabji,etc..

    But if u order something special, it is prepared atthat time only.

    Yes in both restaurant customization is

    allowed even after placing the order.

    In Brindavan, kitchen through window is visible forsome parts only

    which might prop up?

    If quality issues occurs then whole product is

    being replaced in both restaurants

    job allocation is visible?

    All employee in both restaurant do skilled work.

    Job allocation

    Different employee for serving water,

    serving food and taking utensils. Supervisor

    is moving around for any problem.

    What is the extent of automation? What workdone manually?

    In both billing is done through billing machine.

    In Brindavan there are machines for boiler, grinding

    machine dish washer machine, etc

    But no automation in Sanskruti restaurant

    Table is cleared when dinner is finished,

    they also ask for any desert and then billing is done

    in both restaurant.

    such a process?

    High profits, customer satisfaction and good

    quality food is only the motivation

    To compete with some international restaurant

    like Hotel Shiv international 3 star
