Innovative O&M Initiative – ReD (ReNew Digital)
• Identifying losses for each turbine w.r.t design power curve, while taking into account conditions such as topography, wind speed, density and pressure allows for improvement across several parameters to achieve maximum yield
• The aim is to improve productivity of each turbine within a range of 1%-10% by correcting addressable online losses without any additional CAPEX spend
• Bifurcation of addressable / non-addressable underperformance
Overall Yield Improvement use case | ~2-2.5% value
• Automatically finding the instances for de-rated turbines due to Over temperature of components, Voltage, IGBT stacks, Manual intervention , etc. and rectify the same
De-rating Use Case | 0.01% value
• To identify optimum yaw offset angle from historical SCADA data and implement identified offset (flow + physical) values in WTG's for fatigue loads optimization & annual generation improvements

▪ Deployed CBM - early detection of major failures including generator, gearbox, bearings through implemented SCADA solution and sensor base. Anticipating 0.15%* annual increment in energy production and early fault detection reduces inventory costs
It cuts lead time for spare procurement by 50%
▪ e-BoP thermography model established d. for internal and external networks to ensure optimum uptime
of Grid through developing a machine learning model to check all the images for abnormality taken by
