APARATO DE GOLGILa unidad básica del orgánulo es elsáculo, que consiste en una vesícula ocisterna aplanada.Cuando una serie de sáculos se apilan,forman un dictiosoma.Además, pueden observarse toda unaserie de vesículas más o menosesféricas a ambos lados y entre lossáculos.El conjunto de todos los dictiosomas yvesículas constituye el aparato deGolgi.
El dictiosoma se encuentra en íntimarelación con el retículo endoplásmico,lo que permite diferenciar dos caras:la cara cis, más próxima al retículo, y lacara trans, más alejada.En la cara cis se encuentran lasvesículas de transición , mientras queen la cara trans, se localizan lasvesículas de secreción.

lisosomas.
