4. Electrical connectionCarry out the electrical connection according to local regulations.
Check that the supply voltage and frequency correspond to the values stated on the nameplate.
4.1 Protection against electric shock - indirect contact
4.1.1 Additional protection
If the pump is connected to an electric installation where an earth leakage circuit breaker (ELCB) is used as additional protection, the circuit breaker must be marked with the following symbols:
This circuit breaker is type B.
The total leakage current of all the electrical equipment in the installation must be taken into account.
During start and at asymmetrical supply systems, the leakage current can be higher than normal and may cause the ELCB to trip.
4.1.2 Motor protection
The pump requires no external motor protection. The motor incorporates thermal protection against slow overloading and blocking, TP 211 according to IEC 34-11).
4.1.3 Protection against mains voltage transients
The pump is protected against voltage transients by built-in varistors between the phases and between phases and earth.
5. Startup
6. Control panelWarning
Before making connections in the terminal box or breaker cabinet, make sure that the power supply has been switched off for at least 5 minutes. Make sure that the power supply cannot be accidentally switched on.
The product must be connected to an external all-pole mains switch according to local regulations.
The product must be earthed and protected against indirect contact in accordance with local regulations.
We recommend to fit the permanent installation with an earth leakage circuit breaker (ELCB) with a tripping current < 30 mA.
If the power supply cable is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, the manufacturer's service partner or a similarly qualified person.

Caution Do not start the pump until it has been filled with liquid.
Warning
If the control panel is cracked or perforated, replace it immediately. Contact the nearest Grundfos sales company.
Warning
The product may be so hot that only the buttons should be touched to avoid burns.

6.1 Setpoint setting
Set the desired setpoint of the pump by pressing or .
The light fields on the control panel will indicate the setpoint set.
Hmax: maximum head (see pump nameplate).

6.2 Start/stop of pump
Start the pump by pressing or by continuously pressing until the desired setpoint is indicated.
Stop the pump by pressing . When the pump is stopped, the "Stop" text next to the button will illuminate. The pump can also be stopped by continuously pressing until none of the light fields are on.
If the pump has been stopped by pressing , it can only be given free to operation by pressing again.
If the pump has been stopped by pressing , it can only be restarted by pressing .
6.3 Resetting of fault indications
A fault indication can be reset in one of the following ways:
• Briefly press or on the pump. This will not change the setting of the pump.A fault indication cannot be reset by pressing or if the buttons have been locked.
• Switch off the power supply until the indicator lights are off.
• With the Grundfos GO Remote.

7. Operating conditions
7.1 Ambient temperature
7.1.1 Ambient temperature during storage and transportation
-30 - 60 °C.
7.1.2 Ambient temperature during operation
-20 - 50 °C.
The motor can operate with the rated power output (P2) at 50 °C, but continuous operation at higher temperatures will reduce the expected product life. If the motor is to operate at ambient temperatures between 50 and 60 °C, an oversized motor must be selected. Contact Grundfos for further information.
7.2 Installation altitude
Installation altitude is the height above sea level of the installation site.
• Motors installed up to 1000 metres above sea level can be loaded 100 %.
• Motors installed more than 1000 metres above sea level must not be fully loaded due to the low density and consequent low cooling effect of the air. See fig. 3.

9.2 Overload protection
The overload protection of the E-motor has the same characteristic as an ordinary motor protective circuit breaker. As an example, the E-motor can stand an overload of 110 % of rated current for 1 minute.
9.3 Maximum total head
Caution The motor must not be installed more than 2000 metres above sea level.

10. Fault finding
Warning
Before starting work on the product, switch off the power supply. Make sure that the power supply cannot be accidentally switched on.
Fault Grundfos Eye Cause Remedy
1. Pump does not run.
No lights on.
a) Power supply failure. Switch on power supply.Check cables and cable connections for defects and loose connections.
b) Fuses blown. Check cables and cable connections for defects, and replace the fuses.
Alarm.Motor stopped.Two opposite red indicator lights flashing simultaneously.
c) Sensor is defective.
Replace sensor.
2. Pump performance is unstable.
No lights on.
a) Pump inlet pressure too low.
Check the inlet conditions of the pump.
b) Suction pipe is partly blocked by impurities.
Remove and clean suction pipe.
c) Leakage in suction pipe.
Remove and repair suction pipe.
d) Air in suction pipe or pump.
Vent suction pipe or pump.Check the inlet conditions of the pump.
3. Pump has tried to restart five times and is now stopped.
Alarm.Motor stopped.Two opposite red indicator lights flashing simultaneously.
a) Pump inlet pressure too low.
Check the inlet conditions of the pump.
b) Suction pipe is partly blocked by impurities.
Remove and clean suction pipe.
c) The foot or non-return valve is blocked in closed position.
Remove and clean, repair or replace valve.
d) Leakage in suction pipe.
Remove and repair the suction pipe.
e) Air in suction pipe or pump.
Vent suction pipe or pump.Check the inlet conditions of the pump.
4. Pump runs backwards when switched off.
No lights on.
a) Leakage in suction pipe.
Remove and repair suction pipe.
b) Foot or non-return valve defective.
Remove and clean, repair or replace valve.
c) Foot valve is blocked in completely or partly open position.

4.1 防止直接触电、间接接触
4.1.1 附加保护
如果在水泵所连接的系统中使用了漏电断路器 (ELCB) 作为附加保护措施，则该断路器必须用以下标签标记：
该断路器为 B 型。
安装中所有电气设备的全部泄漏电流均应被考虑在内。
启动时间内以及在非对称供电系统内的泄漏电流可以高出正常情况下的泄漏电流而致使ELCB跳闸。
4.1.2 电机保护
该泵不需要外部电机保护。 依据IEC 34-11，电机配置了热防护装置TP211,避免过载与堵转导致损坏。
4.1.3 电源瞬态电压保护
该泵可以通过内置在相与相之间以及相与地之间的压敏电阻实现对瞬变电压的保护。

6.1 设置设定值

6.3 故障指示重置
故障指示的复位可以通过以下任意方式完成:
• 在泵上短暂按下 或 按钮。这样做不会改变泵的设置。如果这些按钮被锁定，则故障显示不能通过按 或复位。
• 切断泵的电源直至指示灯熄灭。
• 通过格兰富GO Remote。

7. 运行条件
7.1 环境温度
7.1.1 存放和运输期间的环境温度
-30 - 60 °C.
7.1.2 运行期间的环境温度
-20 - 50 °C.
电机可在50 °C下以额定功率输出(P2)运行，但在更高温度下连续运行会减少预期产品寿命。 如果电机在50 到60 °C之间的环境温度下运行，则必须选择超大尺寸的电机。 如需了解进一步信息，请与格兰富联系。

4.1 Perlindungan terhadap kejutan listrik - kontak tidak langsung
4.1.1 Perlindungan tambahan
Jika pompa terhubung ke instalasi listrik di mana ELCB (earth leakage circuit breaker) digunakan sebagai pelindung tambahan, pemutus sirkuit harus memiliki simbol-simbol berikut:

6.1 Pengaturan setpoint
Atur tekanan pompa yang dikehendaki dengan menekan atau .
Bidang lampu pada panel kontrol akan menunjukkan setpoint yang telah diatur.

6.2 Pompa hidup/mati
Hidupkan pompa dengan menekan atau dengan terus menekan sampai setpoint yang dikehendaki.terlihat.
Matikan pompa dengan menekan . Jika pompa dimatikan dengan tombol ini, tulisan "Stop" di sebelah tombol tersebut akan menyala. Pompa juga dapat dimatikan dengan menekan terus sampai bidang lampu tidak ada yang menyala.
Jika dimatikan dengan menekan , pompa hanya dapat dioperasikan dengan menekan lagi .
Jika dimatikan dengan menekan , pompa hanya dapat dihidupkan kembali dengan menekan .
6.3 Mengatur ulang indikasi masalah
Indikasi masalah dapat diatur ulang dengan salah satu cara berikut:
• Menekan sebentar atau pada pompa. Cara ini tidak akan mengubah pengaturan pompa.Indikasi masalah tidak dapat diatur ulang dengan menekan atau jika tombolnya telah dikunci.
• Matikan catu daya sampai lampu indikator mati.
• Dengan Grundfos GO Remote.

7. Kondisi pengoperasian
7.1 Suhu sekitar
7.1.1 Suhu sekitar pada saat penyimpanan dan pengangkutan.
-30 - 60 °C.
7.1.2 Suhu sekitar pada waktu operasi.
-20 - 50 °C.
Motor dapat beroperasi dengan output daya (P2) pada 50 °C, tetapi pengoperasian terus menerus pada suhu yang lebih tinggi akan mengurangi masa pakai produk. Jika motor harus beroperasi pada suhu sekitar antara 50 dan 60 °C, maka harus dipilih ukuran motor yang besar. Untuk informasi lebih lanjut, hubungi Grundfos.
7.2 Ketinggian pemasangan
Ketinggian pemasangan adalah ketinggian lokasi pemasangan dari permukaan laut.
• Motor yang dipasang 1000 meter di atas permukaan laut dapat menanggung beban 100 %.
• Motor yang dipasang lebih dari 1000 meter di atas permukaan laut tidak boleh diberi beban penuh karena densitasnya rendah serta akibat efek pendinginan yang rendah pada udara. Lihat gbr. 3.

Tidak ada lampu yang menyala.
a) Tidak ada catu daya. Nyalakan catu daya.Periksa kabel dan sambungan kabel jika ada kerusakan atau sambungan kabel yang terlepas.
b) Sekering putus. Periksa kabel dan sambungan kabel jika ada kerusakan dan ganti sekring.
Alarm.Motor berhenti.Dua lampu indikator merah berkedip terus menerus.
c) Sensor rusak.
Ganti sensor.
2. Kinerja pompa tidak stabil.
Tidak ada lampu yang menyala.
a) Tekanan masuk pompa terlalu rendah.
Periksa kondisi jalur masuk/hisap ke pompa.
b) Pipa hisap tersumbat sebagian oleh kotoran.
Lepas dan bersihkan pipa hisap.
