  1 CHƯƠNG I. Sau mt thi gian các thế hmáy mi được đưa vào hot động trong đó mt máy tính trung tâm có thđược ni vi nhiu thiết bvào ra (I/O) mà qua đó nó có ththc hin liên tc hết chương tr ình này đến chương tr ình khác. Cùng vi sphát trin ca nhng ng dng trên máy tính các phương pháp nâng cao khnăng giao tiếp vi máy tính trung tâm cũng đ ã được đầu tư nghiên cu r t nhiu. Vào gia nhng năm 60 mt snhà chế to máy tính đã nghiên cu thành công nhng thiết btruy cp txa ti máy tính ca h. Mc ch hnh thnh mng my tnh

1.2.1. Cc dch v ng dng hng i tng: S dng cc dch v thng ip (Message) lm trung gian tc ng n cc i tng truyn thng. i tng ch bn giao d liu cho tc nhn (Agent) v tc nhn s bn giao d liu cho i tng ch. Cc dch v ng dng qun tr lung cng vic trong nhm lm vic: nh tuyn cc ti liu in t gia nhng ngi trong nhm. Khi ch k in t c xc nhn trong cc phin giao dch th c th thay th c nhiu tin trnh mi hiu qu v nhanh chng hn. Dch v c s d liu l dch v ph bin v cc dch v ng dng, l cc ng dng theo m hnh Client/Server. Mt mng LAN Ethernet tc truyn 10 Mbps v c bng thng l 10 Mbps. Suy hao (Attenuation): L o s suy yu ca cc tn hiu trn ng truyn. Suy hao ph thuc vo di ca cp, cp cng di th suy hao cng cao. Khi thit k cp cng rt cn quan tm n gii hn chiu di cho php ca tng loi cp. 1.4.2. Cc loi cp mng Cp ng trc (Coaxial cable): L phng tin truyn cc tn hiu c ph rng v tc cao. Bng thng ca cp ng trc t 2,5 Mbps (ARCnet) n 10 Mbps (Ethernet).

Thng s dng lp t mng hnh BUS (cc loi mng LAN cc b Thick Ethernet, Thin Ethernet) v mng hnh sao (mng ARCnet). Cp ng trc gm: mt dy dn trung tm, mt dy dn ngoi, to nn ng ng bao quanh trc, tng cch in gia 2 dy dn v cp v bc ngoi. Cc loi cp ng trc Cp RC-8 v RCA-11, 50 Ohm dng cho mngThick Ethernet; Cp RC-58 , 50 Ohm dng cho mng Thin Ethernet; Cp RG-59 , 75 Ohm dng cho truyn hnh cp; Cp RC-62, 93 Ohm dng cho mng ARCnet. Cp xon i (Twisted Pair cable): Cp xon i c s dng trong cc mng LAN cc b. Gi thnh r, d ci t, c v bc trnh nhit , m v c loi c kh nng chng nhiu STP (Shield Twisted Pair). Cp c bn c 2 dy ng xon vo nhau, gim nhy ca cp vi EMI, gim bc x m nhiu tn s radio gy nhiu. Cc loi cp xon: Cp c mng chn (STP): Loi cp STP thng c tc truyn vo

khong 16 Mbps trong loi mng Token Ring. Vi chiu di 100 m tc t 155 Mbps (l thuyt l 500 Mbps). Suy hao cho php khong 100 m, c tnh EMI cao. Cp si quang (Fiber Optic Cable) rt l tng cho vic truyn d liu, bng thng c th t 2 Gbps, trnh nhiu tt, tc truyn 100 Mbps trn on cp di vi km. Cp si quang gm mt hoc nhiu si quang trung tm c bao bc bi mt lp v nha phn x cc tn hiu tr li, v vy hn ch s suy hao, mt mt tn hiu. Cp si quang ch truyn cc tn hiu quang. Cc tn hiu d liu c bin i thnh cc tn hiu quang trn ng truyn v khi nhn, cc tn hiu quang chuyn thnh cc tn hiu d liu. Cp si quang hot ng mt trong hai ch : ch n (Single Mode) v a 7

1.6.1. Khi nim v giao thc Cc thc th ca mng mun trao i thng tin vi nhau phi bt tay, m phn v mt s th tc, quy tc... Cng phi ni chung mt ngn ng. Tp quy tc hi thoi c gi l giao thc mng (Protocols). Trao i thng tin gia hai thc th c th l trc tip hoc gin tip. Trong hai h thng kt ni im - im, cc thc th c th trao i thng tin trc tip khng c s can thip ca cc thc th trung gian. Trong cu trc qung b, hai thc th trao i d liu vi nhau phi thng qua cc thc th trung gian. Phc tp hn khi cc thc th khng chia s trn cng mt mng chuyn mch, kt ni gin tip phi qua nhiu mng con. 1.6.2. Chc nng giao thc ng gi: Trong qu trnh trao i thng tin, cc gi d liu c thm vo mt s thng tin iu khin, bao gm a ch ngun v a ch ch, m pht hin li, iu khin giao thc... Vic thm thng tin iu khin vo cc gi d liu c gi l qu trnh ng gi (Encapsulation). Bn thu s c thc hin ngc li, thng tin iu khin s c g b khi gi tin c chuyn t tng di ln tng trn. - Dch v hng lin kt (Connection Oriented): Cc dch v v giao thc trong cc m hnh h thng m thc hin truyn thng 3 giai on theo th t thi gian nh sau: Thit lp lin kt: Mt knh logic c thit lp gia cc thc th ng tng ca hai h thng khc nhau. Chng s m phn, thng lng vi nhau v tp cc tham s v s dng cc tham s ny nh th no trong qu trnh truyn s liu. Truyn d liu: D liu c truyn gia hai tng ng tng theo c ch kim sot v qun l qu trnh truyn d liu, thc hin vic ghp knh, ct hp d liu... bo m c th t truyn, pht hin li, kim sot lung d liu, pht hin tc nghn thng tin...nhm tng cng tin cy cao v hiu sut truyn. Gii phng lin kt: Sau khi kt thc qu trnh truyn d liu, cc ti nguyn ca h thng c cp pht cho qu trnh thit lp lin kt v truyn d liu s c gii phng, sn sng cp pht cho lin kt tip theo. - Dch v khng lin kt (Connectionless): Dch v khng lin kt khng cn tiu tn thi gian thit lp lin kt v gii phng lin kt gia cc thc th ng tng. Khng yu cu kim sot lung d liu, d liu c truyn vi tc cao nhng tin cy thp. Khng truyn li trong trng hp xy ra li ng truyn.
