Experience the slight smoky flavor tinged with hints of lychee fruit in the finish. Pot/$3.50 ORCHID OOLONG Fine Chinese oolong tea leaves are highlighted by a touch of coconut to offer a fragrant bouquet of fruit and floral notes in a rich and soothing infusion. Pot/$3.50 DRAGONWELL The most renowned Chinese green tea envelops the whole palate with a captivating aroma carrying a slightly sweet and delicate flavor. This is a classic wok-fired green tea from the village of Dragon Well in the Zhejiang Province. Pot/$3.50 THOUSAND DAYS RED JASMINE From the Fujian province in China, this hand-tied white tea flower is infused with the petals of jasmine. The red blossom in the center denotes fortune as the delicate notes of white tea and jasmine linger on the palate. Pot/$8 EBONY The ebony flower is a beautiful black tea flower from the lower Assam region of India and consists of leaves that are hand tied and sewn. This flower boasts a very malty, delicate flavor with a dry finish similar to red wine. It is infused three times and is incredibly smooth each time. Pot/$9 SPRING JASMINE The simplistic layers of jasmine buds naturally scent Chinese green tea leaves for a gently floral, yet rounded, aromatic cup. Pot/$3.50 ORGANIC MINT MELANGE The finest organic mint leaves are gathered from the Middle Atlas Mountain range of Morocco to form a soothing herbal infusion. Pot/$3.50 CHRYSANTHEMUM Articulated white blossoms open gently with touches of butter and pepper for a soothing and refreshing classic floral infusion. Pot/$6 CLASSIC STYLE / 12 Yum Cha’s take on a classic Manhattan – with Templeton Rye, Pear Liqueur, and Fennel bitters – stirred and garnished with a lemon peel and a single cube of ice. 1. Forbidden City This new version of a Singapore Sling is mixed with Sapphire Gin, Cherry brandy, fresh lime juice, and pineapple juice, topped with flaming Bacardi 151. 2. Singapore Blaze Gin Collins just got a little bit dangerous at Yum Cha. Our Gin Collins is served with Hendrick’s Gin, muddled cucumbers, fresh lemon juice, and lemongrass syrup, topped with refreshing rose lemonade. 3. Wei Xian This Island drink now has some of the Food Buddha’s flare. Served with Bacardi 8 Rum, fresh lime juice, orgeat, and organic lychee puree. 4. Buddha Mai Tai “BMT” Yum Cha’s version of the popular classic Margarita; ours is served with Maestro Dobel Tequila, muddled cucumbers, fresh lime juice, and a dash of fennel bitters. 5. The Imperial ORIGINALS / 11 Our Special cocktail made with Monkey Shoulder Scotch and mixed with banana liqueur, cream, pineapple juice, orgeat, and organic blueberry puree. Fit for a King. 1. Sun Wu Kong “Monkey King” Like in Chinese philosophy, Yin Yang explains how opposite forces are interconnected; so with our Bacardi Black Razz cocktail we have blended fresh berries, yogurt and chocolate to bring balance to the day. 2. Yin Yang This fiery orange cocktail is made fresh with Maestro Dobel Tequila and fresh juices to make it a fun cinnamon punch style drink with a nice kick from the blended reposado and muddled basil. 3. Phoenix Dobel YUM CHA Drink Tea / 14 Our tea cocktail made with Old Forrester bourbon; served with our house Oolong tea, fresh lemon juice, peach liqueur, and cinnamon syrup. 1. Wulong “Black Dragon” Maker’s Mark served with a vanilla tea syrup, two of our house teas (Organic Spring Jasmine and Celebration black tea), Ginger Liqueur, fresh lemon juice, and topped with soda. 2. Wild Ginger This floral tea cocktail is made with an organic lychee puree, homemade Mandarin rose tea syrup, and Tito’s Vodka – shaken and topped with a little bubbly. 3. Blossom This hot Matcha Green Tea cocktail is made with Purity Vodka and hints of all spice and strawberries, then topped with whipped cream. 4. Purity Spice Like the Emperors of Chinese history, we have infused our house black tea with Hennessy Black, simple syrup, and a lemon peel garnish. 5. This new version of a Singapore Sling is mixed with Sapphire Gin, Cherry brandy, fresh lime juice, and pineapple juice, topped with flaming Bacardi 151.

2. Singapore Blaze

Gin Collins just got a little bit dangerous at Yum Cha. Our Gin Collins is served with Hendrick’s Gin, muddled cucumbers, fresh lemon juice, and lemongrass syrup, topped with refreshing rose lemonade.
