秋学期 演習 1c ミニ講義について ◆全学英語演習科目の正式の履修登録を完了のための４つの段階

（Step 1）shopping週間に 40分のミニ講義に参加して、担当教員の署名を少なくとも 2つ以上集めます。

※2年生演習科目の初回授業週は、いろいろな授業見て回る shopping週間になります。

※20分のミニ講義では、担当教員が秋学期に実際に展開される授業の一部を紹介します。

(Step 2) ミニ講義の内容などを参考にして抽選に登録します。

(Step 3) 抽選の結果が出たら、正式の履修登録を行います。

(Step 4) 正式の授業が始まったら、最初の授業で担当の教員に署名を受けたチケットを提出します。

少なくとも 2つの署名がそろっている場合のみ、初回授業が「出席」として認定されます。

注意 1 ミニ講義が行われる講義棟は複数あるので右下表を参考にして、間違えないように注意してください。

注意 2 所属学部・学科の優先曜日と時間帯を選ぶ方が抽選時に有利になります。

注意 3 ミニ講義に参加できなかった授業でも、抽選登録の時に希望クラスに入れることは可能です。

注意 4 春学期に抽選に当選し履修登録を完了した場合，秋学期に再度履修抽選に参加することはできません。

◆署名の集め方 ※次の 3 点に注意して教員の署名を少なくとも 2 つ集めてください。

１）参加できるミニ講義の曜日・時間帯・自分自身のクラスレベルを確認する。

２）所属学部・学科の優先曜日と時間帯に注意して一回分のミニ講義に最初から最後まで参加する。

３）ミニ講義終了後に、ミニ講義の担当教員から署名をもらう。

This course will introduce principles of cross-cultural communication and methods of conducting ethnographic interviews. For homework, students will read about research in the field of anthropology. In class, the instructor will give lectures about anthropology and students will practice speaking and listening in preparation for conducting ethnographic interviews for the final project. The final project will consist of a report and presentation based on original research.

This course aims to give students practice in debating/presenting ideas about the crucial issue of our time: how can we move our society in the direction of sustainability in terms of our economics, our consumer behavior, etc. We begin by examining a key industry - the automobile industry - in terms of its evolution toward sustainable transportation models, and then broaden our scope to examine sustainability in a more holistic way, placing focus on the use/misuse of resources and potential harm to the planet that results.
