熱鬧的年宵市場 每逢春節，我和家人都會到年宵市場閒逛，感受熱鬧

的氣氛，今年也不例外。

清早，我們到達年宵市場。遠處傳來陣陣芬芳，那芬芳混合清新的空氣，流入我的身體並散發開去，令我精神抖擻。我們先到「濕貨區」買色彩繽紛的花朵。那裏有眾多的花檔，分別有售賣雪白的水仙花，火紅的桃花，刺手的仙人掌等，不勝枚舉。我們打算買應節的桃花，突然，「嗡嗡——」的聲音吸引了我的目光，「哇！是一隻蜜蜂啊！」我立刻退後了幾步，並大聲喊道。它那尖尖的尾巴差點兒碰到了我的手，嚇得我三步併作兩步地離開「濕貨區」，前往「乾貨區」去。

乾貨區也有成千上萬的貨品，我們買了許多精美的掛飾和擺設。我還買了一個猴子布偶，那個布偶的質感軟綿綿、毛茸茸的，可愛極了！漸漸，太陽掛在天空的正中央，年宵市場的人也附和着，變得更多，更熱鬧了！

雖然，我還想繼續逛，可是，我的肚子卻不爭氣，在「咕嚕咕嚕」地叫，我們只好到「美食區」吃東西。我一聞到食物香噴噴的氣味，就垂涎三尺，迫不及待地想吃那些食物。於是，我們買了魚丸子、年糕、冰條……大家都吃得津津有味。我們吃飽後，又回到「濕貨區」逛逛。但是，轉眼間已日落西山，紅彤彤的晚霞倒影在市場旁的大海上，我們也隨着美麗的彩霞，回家去了。

我們滿載而歸地乘車回家，逛了一整天的身軀，變得很疲倦。但一想起在年宵市場購物的時候，心情又興奮起來。期待下年的春節，再回來這個熱鬧的地方……

有益的葡萄葡萄是人們常食用的水果之一，它含有豐富的維生素和纖維，對我們的身體很有益處。

葡萄的外形圓圓的，就像一顆小小的彈子跳棋。常見的葡萄有紫色和綠色，它未熟的時候則是青色的。咬一口葡萄，口裏頓時充滿了汁水，滿口甜甜的。夏天吃上幾顆葡萄，真是舒暢極了！

葡萄的食用方法很多，可以先把它洗淨，直接生吃；又可以榨成美味的果汁；更可以製成葡萄酒、葡萄乾等。

葡萄不但美味可口，而且熱量極低，又含有豐富的纖維和營養價值，因此它對人體健康裨益極大。

既然吃葡萄有這麼多益處，我們就不妨多吃一點了。

記一次家庭活動昨晚我和爸爸、媽媽一起看電視的時

候，我看到電視機下放了一張照片，這照片令我回想起那一天一家人溫暖的時光。

上星期天，我和爸爸、媽媽一起去寶血會小學參加「溫暖家庭親子日」活動。到達會場後，我們馬上根據大會的指示，分好組別，準備玩遊戲。當大會的鐘聲響起，我們便開始用衣服拼出一個溫暖家庭的圖案。第二個遊戲便是合作疊衣夾。我們很快便用衣夾疊出一個高塔。然後，我們馬上進行最後一個遊戲，這也是難度最高的一個。首先，爸爸、媽媽和我三人分別把一隻手綁在一起，然後各用另外一隻手把地上的二十件衣服整齊地摺好。結果，我們順利地完成。

我覺得這次親子活動雖然只是短短幾小時，但我玩得非常開心，一家人樂也融融。除此之外，我在這次活動中也學會了分享、體諒和包容。我希望以後能夠有多些時間跟爸爸媽媽和哥哥一家人一起出外活動。

新編龜兔賽跑有一天，兔子碰見烏龜，笑眯眯地說：「烏龜，烏

龜，我們來賽跑，好嗎？」烏龜知道兔子在開他玩笑，瞪着一雙小眼睛，不理也不睬。兔子繼續嘲笑他，烏龜生氣了，就答應跟兔子比賽。兔子神氣地說：「烏龜，你真敢跟我賽跑？那好，這個星期天，我們從這兒跑起，看誰先跑到那邊山腳下的一棵大樹。」

距離比賽還有幾天，烏龜請了鹿大哥來訓練他。只是短短幾天，烏龜已進步了不少。

到了比賽的日子，他們請來黑豹做評判。一開始，小兔遙遙領先，但是烏龜副鬥志激昂，他奮勇向前跑，把雙方的距離拉近了。這時，小兔不小心跌倒了，弄傷了腿，小兔坐在地上大哭，烏龜離遠看見了，盡全力趕上前去，烏龜問：「你怎麼樣？不如坐到我的背上好嗎？」小兔說：「好……的。」

烏龜背着小兔跑，在旁觀賽的動物都紛紛為他們打氣。當小兔和烏龜來到終點時，烏龜累得倒下去了。

黑豹宣佈：「烏龜和小兔都是冠軍。」小兔向烏龜說：「真的謝謝你！」

記一件幫助別人的事上星期六，我和媽媽到商場購物。

我們來到商場，發現有一位小朋友在商場門口走來走去，看見他焦急得快要哭了，我們便上前問個究竟，原來小朋友在跟媽媽購物期間失散了。我問他叫甚麼名字，住在哪裏，他全都搖搖頭說不知道。我 們 無 可 奈 何 ， 只 好 帶 他 到 商 場 的 詢 問處，找保安員求助。我們一邊走，小朋友一邊哭泣，非常可憐。

我 們 在 詢 問 處 等 了 十 分 鐘 ， 小 朋 友的媽媽終於來找他了，小朋友馬上破涕為笑。他的媽媽向我們道謝：「真是太感謝你們了！」看見小朋友重拾笑臉，我感到非常愉快，我深深體會到「助人為快樂之本」的道理。

記我今天犯了一個錯誤今天，我在家做了一件錯事，覺得很慚愧。

今天放學回家，我把書包往沙發一扔，一下子坐在沙發上。只聽一陣「啪啪」聲，我一看，原來電視遙控器掉在地上，摔破了。這下糟了，媽媽知道了肯定會非常生氣，我後悔極了。這可怎麼辦呢？我連忙找了一個地方，把遙控器藏好，然後到書桌上做功課。表面上我在做功課，其實心裏卻忐忑不安，對了！我可以把遙控器黏好啊！我馬上找來萬能膠水，好不容易把遙控器黏好。我仔細看了看，黏得真好，媽媽根本發現不了。我安心地把黏好的遙控器放回去了，心裏暗自慶幸，因為這樣一來，我便不會挨媽媽罵了。可是我卻不知怎樣搞的，心裏總是不能平靜下來。最後還是坦白告訴媽媽，媽媽欣賞我的坦白，竟然原諒了我。

這件事令我明白到，做錯事不要緊，最重要是勇於承擔自己的責任。

天賦是成功的必備條件「天生我材必有用！」這句話是真的嗎？有

時我總在想：有些人天賦資質特別優秀，而有些人做什麼都力不從心，難有成就，為什麼會那樣不公平呢？

有一次，我偶然在圖書館看到一本書，那個人天生沒有手沒有腳，只有頭和上半身，我實在感到很奇怪，又替他可憐，為甚麼上天待他這樣不公平？這個人居然生存在世上，但當我再讀下去時，他原來不但勇敢地克服身體上帶來的障礙，而且到處演說自己生命的奮鬥經歷，並繼續鼓勵其他活在苦難的人！他的故事，啟發了我。

世上沒有天生的成功者，只要經過一番努力，力爭上游，勤奮用功，多平庸的人也能夠創出一片天，在自己的耕耘下，便有美好的成就。

古 語 有 句 話 ： 「 將 相 本 無 種 ， 男 兒 當 自強。」社會上不少名人偉人，都是自小努力，創出輝煌的成就呢！

6B梁志成 最令我欣賞的人我的媽媽樣子十分漂亮，眼睛水汪汪，皮膚白

晢，鼻樑上架着一副桃紅色的眼鏡，臉上常常露着笑容。她的身段高挑，十分勤力工作，持家有道，照顧我和爸爸姐姐無微不至！

有一次，不知道是不是我着了涼，在凌晨兩點的時候，我的頭痛得快要爆炸了一樣。

可能是因為昨天下着大雨，剛好我有課外活動，但忘記帶雨傘，我冒雨回家，回家後，我躺在床上。媽媽以為我太累睡着了，所以沒有叫醒我。我一睡就睡到天亮了。媽媽想叫醒我，才發現我的臉紅彤彤的，樣子十分辛苦。媽媽溫柔地抱着我到醫院去，醫院裏有幾個和我一樣發熱的小朋友。我看見媽媽那憔悴的樣子，不禁說：「媽媽，你睡吧！你昨晚上夜班，一定很累呢。」媽媽說：「我不累！」

我聽了這句話以後，非常感動，我說：「媽媽，你真好，我會努力讀書！」這就是我的媽媽，我十分欣賞和敬佩她。

週記一則一月二十五日至一月三十一日

星期日早上，我和媽媽一起大掃除，我和媽媽又抹窗子又抹桌子，真辛苦。但最累人的，是我和媽媽花了九牛二虎之力，才能把床移開打掃。打掃完後，我和媽媽都累得動也動不了。

星期二，爸爸帶我去上環辦年貨，我們買了很多新年掛飾、食品、飲料和衣服等。我和爸爸拿着大包小包的，真是滿載而歸。

星期四，爸爸媽媽帶我回鄉去婆婆家拜年。早上九時，我們就起床梳洗，收拾好東西就出發了。到了婆婆家，已經是下午七時多了。婆婆已經做好了團年飯，吃飯的時候，婆婆問我讀書成績怎麼樣，我怪不好意思的，面紅耳赤地回答說數學科不及格。婆婆聽了，不但沒有責怪我，反而鼓勵我，令我十分感動。

星期六中午，我和小美去了公園玩耍，玩到二時半左右，小美就邀請我到她家玩電腦遊戲，我玩到五時半才回家呢！

5C 王嘉希 最令我快樂的人二年級的時候，我認識了一位知心好友。她，在

我失落的時候陪伴着我；她，在我歡樂的時候陪伴着我。她就是我知心好友──尹穎斯。

穎斯長得很高，很瘦，遠遠看起來就像一枝鉛筆一樣。她的臉蛋很尖很尖，看似一個倒轉的三角形。她的手臂上有一顆「星星」。那顆痣是五邊形的，看着看着，就如一顆星星一樣，可愛極了。

她 很 風 趣 幽 默 。 她 曾 告 訴 我 她 生 氣 的 樣 子 。 原來她生氣的樣子並不平常，一點也不兇，而是十分可愛。她笑的時候，傻傻的。她時常唱歌，而且十分動聽 ， 所 以 她 會 唱 的 歌 ， 大 部 分 我 都 學 會 了 。 與 她 相處，真是很快樂呢！

她對人很温柔。有一天，我穿着新鞋子上學。放學時，我走樓梯時不小心跌倒，她不但扶我起來，還小心翼翼地為我擦傷口，更繞道陪我回家。有她這樣的好朋友，真是令我每天上學都掛着笑臉。

穎斯，就像一個姐姐般照顧我，令我每天都能快快樂樂，嘻嘻哈哈地上學。她就是最令我快樂的人。

When he was ready to go, suddenly, the weather changed. It was raining heavily. He was upset and said, “Oh no! It’s raining now. I can’t go to the beach!”

After that, Peter’s dad came out. He suggested Peter to watch a quiz show on TV at home. He said, “Let’s watch a quiz show on TV!” Peter was still sad and said, “OK!”

Finally, the weather changed. It was sunny. Peter’s dad said to Peter, “It is sunny now, you can go to the beach.” “No! I don’t want to go to the beach,” said Peter. “Why?” asked Peter’s dad. Peter said, “Because I love to watch the quiz show now!”

Next, Tom wanted to change the TV programme. “May I change your pop music show, please?” Tom asked. “No, I like watching pop music shows!” May shouted at Tom. Tom felt sad and May felt angry.

After that, May and Tom fought with each other. Then, Mum heard the noise from the living room. So, Mum went out of her room to see what happened. Then, she saw May fighting with Tom. “What happened?” Mum scolded. “May did not let me change the channel!” said Tom. Mum said softly, “Just like that? It’s okay, don’t be sad. I buy you a cup of ice-cream, okay?” Tom and May replied, “Okay, sorry, Mum.” They felt sorry.

At last, May and Tom ate ice-cream with Mum at the park. “It’s so yummy!” Tom and May said. Then, they apologised to each other. “Sorry, Tom,” said May. “Sorry, May,” said Tom. They felt joyful and elated.

Complaint letterDear Mr. Tang,

Pollution in LantauI am writing to complain that there are so much rubbish in the

river and the sea. People throw rubbish in there. Many people throw the leftover food down into the sink. There is a bad smell too.

I think the government should educate people not to throw the leftover food down the sink. We could put it in the bin or make it into fertilizer. Please put more rubbish bins near the sea. Let’s keep Lantau Island clean!

Also, land pollution is a serious problem in Lantau. People throw rubbish anytime and anywhere. No matter there is a rubbish bin. They just throw rubbish into the rubbish bins but they don’t care whether the bins are full or not. People throw away so much paper.

I think the government should educate people about using paper on both sides. Could you please do something about the pollution on Lantau Island?

Last week, Dad, Mum and I went to Thailand by airplane. We felt excited because this was our first time to have a trip by airplane. When we arrived Thailand, we went to the beach first. Dad was teaching me how to surf while Mum was having a sunbath. “The beach is very beautiful.” I said. We felt happy.

At night, Mum and I went to a night market. Dad went back to the hotel to take a rest. Mum and I looked at the handmade crafts. They were so cheap. I bought some necklaces and clothes for my sister and my classmates, Cindy and Alice. The necklaces were made of shells. We felt joyful.

Next day, we went to a Thai restaurant. We ordered some Thai food. It was very spicy but delicious. Tom Yum soup was yummy but my favourite food is pineapple fried rice. We felt full and satisfied because the food was tasty. “The soup is very tasty!” said Mum.

Last day, we packed our things in the hotel. Then, we went to the airport by taxi. We took a plane to go home. We felt a little bit upset because we wanted to stay at Thailand more days. “Goodbye! Thailand!” I said.

Yesterday, I went home after school. On my way home, I met a lot of people and that made me excited. My heart was beating very fast too.

First, I saw Doraemon at the school entrance. We played cheerfully together. He gave me a gift because yesterday was my birthday. He said gladly, “Happy birthday!” I said, “Wow! A magic pocket! Thank you!” Suddenly, an ugly vampire kidnapped me. I felt very scared so I used the magic gun to fight with him. At last, I won and he flew away. We were delighted but the vampire was mad.

Then, I met two ghosts at the park near my school. They sang lovely songs and had K-pop dance. Next, an alien fell down next to the see-saw. I asked nervously. “Are you okay?” She replied sadly, “My UFO was broken. Can you help me to fix it?” The ghosts came and said, “Okay, we can call our master. She is a kind wizard. She can help you to fix it.” After that, a wizard, Mary came. She casted a spell and fixed the UFO. The alien said thanks and flew away. I felt surprised and amazed because the ghosts were friendly.

Next, I saw Milk-Tea Baby near Kit Yat House. She was crying sadly. She told me that she didn’t get good marks in the exam so she was miserable. I comforted her and said, “Don’t be unhappy! I know you can take good marks next time!” Then, she said “thank you” and gave me a cup of milk tea. I shared the interesting things in school with her too. We felt joyful and glad.

When I got home, I saw some funny and strange people and things such as zombies, Spider Man and a tiny dinosaur. We were having an amazing birthday party. We were having a lot of fun!

An Unforgettable TripLast Sunday morning, Simon, John and Mary went to the Peak and

had a picnic. Simon said, “It is a good day to go hiking.” Mary replied, “Yes, you are right.” They looked at the beautiful view. John said, “The air is very fresh.” They felt excited and relaxed.

On the way, it rained cats and dogs suddenly. They ran quickly. Simon asked, “Have you got your umbrella?” John replied, “I haven’t got my umbrella. We should find a shelter!” They got wet. They felt nervous because they were cold.

Next, John, Mary and Simon got lost. They stopped at a two-way road because they didn’t know where to go. They felt puzzled and worried. They lost their directions. Mary asked, “Where should we go?” Simon replied, “I don’t know.” John said, “We should find someone and ask him directions.” Luckily, they went to the right road.

Finally, John, Mary and Simon saw a policeman. The policeman helped them how to go home. They felt pleased. They went home safely. When John went home, his mum taught him some tips. “If you get lost, you should call the police. You should bring your umbrella every day,” said Mum. They learnt a lesson that they should bring their umbrellas if they wanted to have a picnic and go hiking.

Then, Simon, John and Mary arrived at a two-ways-road. They got lost. They were worried and puzzled. “What should we do?” asked Simon. “Before we go, we should use mobile phone to check our location first.” Said John.

In the convenience store, the policemen found them. The police sent them home.

After 1 hour, Little Red Riding Hood was on her way to grandma’s home and she met Mr. Brown wolf. She was surprised. Mr. Brown wolf asked, ‘where are you going?’ Little Red Riding Hood pointed and told Mr. Brown wolf, ‘I am going to grandma’s home, it is over there!’

30 minutes later, Little Red Riding Hood went into grandma’s home, she saw grandma sleeping on her bed. Little Red Riding Hood said, ‘why do you have big eyes, big mouth and very sharp teeth???’ Here are some chocolate and strawberry cookies for you!’ Grandma said, ‘thanks.’

Suddenly, Mr. Brown wolf took off grandma’s clothes and shouted loudly, ‘ I am so hungry. I will eat you now!’ Little Red Riding Hood was scared and screamed loudly, ‘AHHH! Don’t eat me! I am not yummy!’

A minute later, a hunter came into grandma’s home. He saved Little Red Riding Hood and grandma. Little Red Riding Hood said, ‘thank you, Mr. Hunter. You are so strong!’

Story writingKen did not have good habits. One day, he watched TV from 1 pm to

11pm. He ate a lot of French fries, chicken legs and drank a bottle of cola. He ate too much junk food.

After that, Ken went to his bedroom and played computer games until the next morning. Suddenly, he felt very sick and his stomach hurt badly. He rushed to the toilet. He had a terrible stomachache.

On the next day, his mother was angry and scolded him, “ You have many bad habits. You played computer games at midnight and watched TV for long hours. You need to eat a lot of vegetables. You need to get enough sleep.” “Sorry, mum. I learnt a lesson. I will not eat too much junk food again,” said Ken.
