SAFETY PRECAUTIONS 安全注意事項１.Do not lift coils that weigh more than the rated capacity.

不要吊舉超過額定荷重的鋼捲。

２.Do not attempt to open the lifter while a coil is in its grasp.當夾具在吊運鋼捲之時不要嘗試打開夾具。

３.When the coil lifter is not in use, it should not be rested against a wall or other object when not in use.當鋼捲夾具不使用時，不該將其停放靠牆或其他地方。

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS 安全注意事項４.Make certain that the crane hook is safely connected to the coil lifter.

確定吊車鉤頭是安全的連接到鋼捲夾具上並安全卡住。

５.Do not make side pulls. 不要側拉夾具。

６.Do not operate with twisted, kinked or damaged wire rope or with a damaged or malfunctioning hoist. 不要使用彎曲、扭曲或損壞的鋼索或使用損壞或故障的吊車。

7.Take care to insure that the load to be lifted is clear of all

The drive train of your telescopic coil lifter consists of a ball bearing , heavy duty electric motor driving a chain wheel , equipped with torque limiting device.

A

roller chain drive is incorporated from the reducer

output shaft to the pinion shaft that drives the gear racks for the telescoping action of the coil lifters arms and legs .

您的伸縮鋼捲夾具之傳動系統包括一個球狀承軸，重型電動馬達驅動的鍊

輪，配備扭矩限制裝置。一條滾鍊併入減速機輸出傳動齒條的小齒輪軸，

控制夾具臂長和吊腳的伸縮。

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS 操作說明

The “Torque limiter ”installed between the pinion and speed reducer ,prevents abnormal stresses in the drive mechanism when closing in on a coil to move . 轉矩限制器安裝在小齒輪和減速機之間，防止當夾具關閉時產生異常力

量使夾具產生移動。

When depositing the load , the operator must be certain that the

coil isproperly supported from below , as evidenced by slack in the liftingcrane’s cables , before attempting to open the lifter.當荷重放下後，操作員必須確定鋼捲是正確的從下方被正確支撐著，確

認鬆弛的吊車電纜後再嘗試啟動升降機。

Inspect Element Protection 檢查元件保護1. LS5 , LS6 Switch LS5 , LS6開關

When lifter in loading , switch LS5 or LS6 on , the control pushbutton can’t open the lifter. 當夾具裝載時，開關LS5或LS6打開時控制鈕無法打開夾具。

2. LS2 , LS3 Switch LS2 , LS3開關When the lifting arm touch to LS2 or LS3 , the lifter stop automatically.當起重臂觸摸到LS2 LS3開關時，夾具自動停止運作。

3. LS1 Proximate Switch LS1 近接開關When the lifting arm move outward at max. opening, LS1 let the legsautomatically stop.當起重臂張開移動到最外側時，LS1會自動讓吊腳停止。

4. LS4 Proximate Switch LS4 近接開關When the lifting arm move inward and touch to LS4 , the lifting arm automatically stop.當起重臂向內移動並觸摸到LS4，起重臂會自動停止運作。

5. AA/AAE , AB/ABE , AC/ACE photo electric sensor to detect theright position to insert lifting arm into core.AA / AAE，AB / AC/ ACE ABE，光電傳感器檢測到正確的位置，會將起重臂當成核心。

Warning Light 警示燈1. Yellow Light 黃色警示燈

When the lifter move inward and touch limit switch LS2 and LS3 ,yellow light on.當夾具向內移動並觸碰極限開關LS2、LS3，黃燈亮起。

2. Red Light 紅色警示燈The lifter in loading , red light on.當夾具荷重時，紅燈亮起。

3. Green Light 綠色警示燈The photo sensors detect the right position green light on the armcan be moved Inward.光電傳感器檢測到正確位置時，綠燈亮起，起重臂可向內移動。

1.Loading the Coil Lifter 鋼捲夾具的負載1.1 Position lifter over the coil as close to center as possible.

鋼捲夾具盡可能接近鋼捲的中心位置。

1.2 Open lifter to a position where shoe section of lifting arm.打開夾具起重臂吊腳的位置。

1.3 Lower lifter to a position where shoe section of lifting arm

will entercoil I.D.下降夾具起重臂吊腳的位置，將進入鋼捲內徑。

1.4 Close lifter to a position where vertical face of both lifting arms aretouching the width or coil edges.關閉夾具垂直面對的兩個起重臂將接觸鋼捲的寬度或邊緣。

2.Unload the Coil Lifter 鋼捲夾具的卸載With the lifter in this position the coil is ready to be carried

to its location.

To unload would be a reverse procedure.隨著在夾具這個位置上鋼捲是準備進被運行到它的位置。而要卸載將是一

個相反的步驟。

2.1 Deposit coil , and allow clearance between face of shoe section onlifting arm and coil I.D.儲放鋼捲，並允許淨空面對起重臂吊腳部分和鋼捲內徑之間的間隙。

2.2 Open lifting legs allowing sufficient clearance to clear width of coil.打開夾具吊腳，有足夠的空間以解除鋼捲的寬度。

2.3 Raise lifter 升起夾具
