It is never too late to learn and too early to practice!

In Collegium Da Vinci, we take care so that the majors we offer would be in line with the labor market and study programs created in cooperation with employers and business partners.

As part of everyday activities, workshops and training courses, we teach real skills and competencies to facilitate work in a changing business environment. Providing daily, direct contact with entrepreneurs, we believe that our university is the first, most important step in one’s career. We strive to ensure that at least 95% of our graduates would find employment in their dream profession after graduation.

never can be certain whether he is going”.

We observe trends emerging in the global economy and, in line with them, we create fields of study, graduates of which will easily find jobs compatible with their interests and education.

We offer to our prospective students7 fields of diploma studies:

Unique fields of study in Poland

We are the first in Poland to open innovative majors in the field of coaching, management, new technologies, and urban development.

We run courses, offer internships and on-the-job trainings together with

High demands of the labor market that our graduates need to face led us to create a unique educational of-fer. We are proud of the fact that we cooperate on a daily basis with giants such as IBM and Microsoft, and as the only university in Poland we have a Counseling and Coaching course accredited in the International Coach Federation. Graduate surveys show that 96% of our former students would recommend the universi-ty to their younger colleagues. Furthermore, 92% of last year’s grad-uates found job, a large part of them while still being students”.

Dr. Krzysztof Nowakowski, Eng.Rector of Collegium Da Vinci

Olga Miężała second-year student of Counseling and Coaching

“Choosing Collegium Da Vinci was one of my best decisions. I chose part-time stud-ies, which allowed me to combine my professional responsibilities and develop-ment of areas of interests. In addition, the field of study I selected is very innovative and knowledge gained here – really valuable. Many tools, theories and solutions are provided by a group of respected practitioners of coaching; I try to implement them right now and I think this is my biggest success. I feel that when I obtain my master’s degree, nothing will be impossible for me”.

Tomasz GrzemskiCEO of Macopedia sp. z o.o.

“Students’ skills and knowledge allowed them to adapt quickly to work with new technologies. Thanks to the willingness to develop, creativ-ity and the ability to use the theory in practice in implemented projects, three students have joined our team after completing the internship”.

Paweł JóźwikCEO of Traffic Trends sp. z o.o.

“The search for job candidates among CDV students is one of the first steps we take. Knowing the lev-el of education and a very practical approach to teaching, we have a very good chance to identify talents in their respective fields”.

Marta SmolińskaHR Specialist, Komputronik SA

“Interns from CDV include peo-ple with great practical knowledge and high interpersonal skills, which is particularly important in our cor-porate culture. Many former CDV interns form the today’s team of Komputronik”.

In the Employers’ opinion

Career Office

At CDV, there is a Career Office, whose task is to support students and graduates in their profession-al start and development. How do we do it?

We work with employers and recruiters from a recruitment agency to help students and graduates quickly find internship or job in accor-dance with their education and aspirations.

We organize regular Virtual Job Fair and Training Nights.

In cooperation with employers, we organize free programs developing practical skills of students and graduates (e.g. trainings, lec-tures).

We invite to the university professionals from various industries, inspiring business people and those responsible for HR processes in companies.

Already from the first year of studies, we offer professional support of specialists in the field of career coaching.

With the Virtual Job Fair, we offered near-ly 1,500 jobs, internships and trainee-ships to our students. During the series of three Training Nights, we trained over 300 students and graduates.

The Erasmus program promotes international cooper-ation of higher education schools, allows student trips abroad for a part of their studies, practice or internship. A typical trip lasts one semester but sometimes students extend their stay. Most of them opt for student exchange to learn about another country and culture, make new contacts, brush up the language, and gain valuable experience. And all this combined with good fun.
