SCOPE OF USE
HISTORY OF THE COMPANYOur experience in the production of distribution, power and other various types of world class transformers reaches back to the year 1923. Current products include power transformers (single and three phased regulating and non regulating), auto transformers, furnace transformers, traction transformers and chokes for use in the rail industry as well as special reactors.
In the proud engineering legacy of Skoda, ETD transformers are designed, manufactured and tested and then transported to customers’ world wide by combining tradition, modern design and manufacturing principles. All transformers are delivered at site, installed, tested and commissioned meeting EU and other international and site specific standards and specifications.
Part of our factory is Electrical Testing Laboratory, which offers a wide range of accredited and non-accredited tests.
PRODUCTION PROGRAMME• Three-phase regulating oil transformers, nominal voltage up to 420 kV.• Three-phase non-regulating transformers, nominal voltage up to 420 kV.• Single-phase non-regulating transformers with the total power output of three-phase composition up to 1200 MVA and voltage
up to 420 kV.• Regulating and non-regulating transformers of special manufacturing, with respect to the number of windings, nominal short-circuit
voltage, special requirements on connection, arrangement, kind of cooling, etc.• Auto-transformers.• Locomotive transformers.• Furnace transformers.• Traction chokes for the drive of rail vehicles (underground, tram, trolleybuses).• Starting and special reactors.
ELECTROTECHNICAL TESTING LABORATORY• Electrical tests and measuring of transformers.• Accredited testing laboratory for selected testing and measuring of electrical equipment.
CERTIFICATES• ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 17025, ISO 3834-2, OHSAS-18001.
TECHNICAL WORKS• Measurement of transformers before putting them into service.• Initial revision of transformers.• Diagnostic measurement of transformers, including long-term observation of their work in condition
