Our company was founded in 1973 by Mr. Remigio Mini, founder and owner of RM Srl

Unipersonale.

Over the years RM carried out many kind of activities in various fields of civil, marine

and industrial maintenance and construction.

After over 40 years of presence on the market, we are able to offer, to our customers, a

high level of global offer: from the consulting, to the engineering and design, up to the

finished product.

We are able to carry out each one of the necessary steps needed for a new project

(and/or refitting), from the idea to the final commissioning.

Our staff is highly qualified and able to present ach job, to the client, issuing an

illustrated technical specification containing a clear description of the operations to carry

out the work. Then engineering, raw material procurement, prefabrication, construction,

installation, final commissioning.

4. Operating fields

RM Srl Unipersonale is able to offer its customers a wide range of services with the

utmost care, technology and high quality of materials and workmanship.

The company is organized into 4 main divisions referred to the relative operating field: ,

Plant Division, Naval Division, Service Division, Industrial Division.

4.1. Plant Division

The branch of the company specializing in Carpentry and Piping, bringing new know-

how and highly qualified staff, so that we can offer, to our customers, a wider range of

products and services.

We design and install complete systems including special parts and components, both

on their own design and supplied by the buyer, with construction and assembly of light

and heavy metal carpentry. We operate in naval, industrial and civil fields.

We make steel pipes and special alloys.

In planting we operate with new technologies for conditioning, heating, fire protection,

insulation and safety.

We are specialized in designing and installing scrubber systems on both ships and

industrial plants.

4.2. Naval Division

RM Srl has always been involved in the construction, painting, treatment and

maintenance of yachts, cruise and cargo ships, merchant ships, military and submarine

ships. We also carry out baling-carpentry work with a high degree of difficulty. We deal

with all kinds of construction, fitting, repair, maintenance and cleaning both inside and

outside the ship. We have all the means and equipment with the most advanced

technologies. We have manpower and highly specialized technicians. We offer first-

class services on board ships and yachts even during navigation.

4.3. Service Divsion

Operating 24h a day 7 days a week 365 days a year this is our division that carries out

services around the world solving any emergency that can happen to our customers.

We have teams that can depart for any destination ready within few hours from the call.

4.4. Industrial and carpentry division

We take care of the maintenance of civil and industrial buildings. Our offer includes
