静岡大学21世紀COEプログラム「ナノビジョンサイエンスの拠点創成」

Research and Education Center of Nanovision Science

日本の大学を世界最高水準の研究拠点に育てようと、先駆的な大学の研究を選び、予算を重点的に配分する文部

科学省についての平成16年度「21世紀COE（卓越した研究拠点）プログラム」に本学が申請した「ナノビジョ

ンサイエンスの拠点創成」が、「革新的な学術分野」で採択されました。

この「ナノビジョンサイエンスの拠点創成」は、「画像工学」を「光子・電子のナノ領域制御」を用いて革新し、

新学術分野「ナノビジョンサイエンス」の拠点創成を目指します。

これらは、将来の完全３次元動画像、腕時計サイズプロジェクター、極微弱光から太陽光までの極端明暗画像な

どの革新的技術の基づく産業創出へとつながるだけでなく極限的解像度による生体分子配列直視なども可能にし、

全く新しい学問領域の開拓に寄与するものです。

「ナノビジョンサイエンス」とは静岡大学の造語であり、画像工学とナノテクノロジー（超微細技術）の融合に

よる画像の新学術分野を表します。

今後５年間の重点配分される予算を用いて、特に博士課程学生、ポストドクターの一貫教育と経済支援、及び国

内外の国際シンポジウムの主催など国際活動の場所を提供し、世界拠点にしていきます。

The 21st century COE (Center of Excellence) program, which was created by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology,selectively allocates funds to universities with leading researchers in order to create top-level research centers at Japanese universities. ShizuokaUniversity’s program for the creation of a“Research and Education Center of Nanovision Science”has been adopted as an innovative disciplinein the COE program.“Research and Education Center of Nanovision Science”aims to generate innovation in the field of image engineering by applying nanoarea

control of photons and electrons and to create a research and education center for the new field of“Nanovision Science”.These studies will not only lead to the creation of new industries based on such innovative technologies as full three-dimensional imaging,

wristwatch-size projectors, and extremely high contrast image pickups that will be able to function at intensities ranging from extremely dimlight to sunlight, but will also enable in situ observation of biomolecular arrays the highest possible resolution.“Nanovision Science”is a term coined by Shizuoka University; this term describes a new discipline of imaging technology created by the

integration of imaging engineering and nanotechnology (ultra-fine technology)Utilizing allocated funds, we create top-level research center providing an integrated educational support system for doctoral and post-doctoral

fellows. We also provide young researchers with opportunities to present their findings by hosting international symposia.

平成16年度「特色ある大学教育支援プログラム」（教育GP）情報学部

Distinctive University Education Support Program (GP)

文部科学省が大学・短大の教育面での優れた取り組みに対して、予算を重点配分する「特色ある大学教育支援プ

ログラム（教育GP）」に、情報学部の取組みが採択されました。

内容は、これまで情報学部が取り組んできた『多角的評価で磨く文工融合型情報学教育』で、「徹底した評価シ

ステムと評価結果のフィードバックによるPDCA（Plan-Do-Check-Action）サイクルの実践」や「学科の枠を超

えたカリキュラム編成で実現した２学科３プログラム制」等、５つの項目をその特色としています。

Aiming to promote improvement, reform and revitalization of higher education, the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science andTechnology (MEXT) launched a new program, the“Distinctive University Education Support Program (GP)”in April 2004. MEXT selects forlarger funding junior colleges and universities with outstanding educational achievements.

静岡大学では、平成17年４月から法科大学院（大学院法務研究科）（専門職学位課程）を設置しました。Shizuoka University School of Law was established in April 2005.

☆静岡大学法科大学院では、次のような都市型地域社会を担う法曹実務家を養成します。Shizuoka University School of Law trains legal professionals who can support the local community and specializing in the following subjects.

●国際化する地域企業の法務、加えて中国関連法務に通じた法曹実務家Legal work for globalizing regional entities and domestic law in China

●国際化する地域の市民生活、加えて在住外国人の経済生活、家庭などの法務にも通じた法曹実務家Civic life, economic and family life of foreign citizens

■平成17年度市民開放授業

本学では、学生が受講している正規の科目の一部（253科目）を一般市民の方に開放しています。●高等教育レベルの高度で体系的、先進的な内容を受講することができる。●大学の正規の授業科目を開放することから、大学での授業を理解するだけの学力を有していることを前提とする。●大学の正規の授業科目を受講する。単位の認定行わない。●本学の正規学生と一緒に受講するので、若い世代の学生と交流をもちながら、学ぶことができる。

また、静岡大学の学生や教員も、市民の方が授業に参加することで刺激を受け、授業を活性化することを期待しています。

平成16年度から東京都港区（芝浦３－３－６）にあるキャンパスイノベーション

５階506室にリエゾンオフィス（東京連絡事務所）を開設し、共同研究等産学連携

及び知財活動の拠点として活動を開始しました。Shizuoka University opened its Liaison Office in the Campus Innovation (Tokyo) in April 2004. The Liaison

Office is a hub for business-academia collaboration and Intellectual Property.

１．JR浜松駅北口バスターミナルの遠州鉄道バス15番又は16番乗り場から乗車し下車（所要時間約20分）。

２．JR浜松駅からタクシーで約10分。

Access to Hamamatsu Campus :１．When you get out of the north gate of Hamamatsu

Station (JR) ,You take Enshu Railway Bus at busstop No15 or 16,and get off at the bus stop of〝Shizuoka daigaku〟.(20 minutes By bus)

２．By taxi from Hamamatsu Station（ca.10min）

１．JR静岡駅北口のしずてつジャストラインバス13番乗り場から【静大行き又は大谷行き】に乗車し下車（所要時間約25分）。

２．JR東静岡駅南口のしずてつジャストラインバス【静大前行き】に乗車し「静大前」下車（所要時間約15分）。

３．JR静岡駅からタクシーで約15分。

２．When you get out of the south gate of East ShizuokaStation (JR) ,you take a Shizutetsu Justline Busfor〝 Shizudai〟and get off at the bus stop of〝Shizudaimae〟.(15 minutes By bus)

▼デザインとコンセプトDesign and Concept

学章のデザインは、静岡大学から眺められる宝永山がある表富士を背景に、手前の連なるうねりで遠州灘や駿河湾の波濤を表す構図とし、この雄大な景観の地に位置する本学を表現しています。

１．富　士　山：静岡県はもとより日本を代表する山であり、崇高な気高さと厳然さを意味しています。２．波　　　濤：遠州灘や駿河湾の躍動感あふれる波濤は、生命の源である海を表し、絶え間ない生成と発展を

意味しています。３．全体（円形）：豊かな自然環境において、人間的・学問的に円満な発展を希求することを意味しています。

The university emblem depicts the magnificent scenery surrounding the university.The face of Mt.Fuji is in the background. In front of Mt.Fujiis Mt.Hoei,a peak that can be seen from campus. In the foreground are waves that represent the Sea of Enshu and Suruga Bay.

１．Mt.Fuji is not only the symbol of Shizuoka Prefecture but also Japan.It is thought of as noble and sublime.２．The waves represent the ocean,the origin of live,and symbolize continuous creation and development.３．The round shape of the whole symbolizes human aspiration and academic growth in an abundant natural environment.
