NC300The vertical travel of 300 mm enables Contourbreton NC 300 to easily machine thicker workpieces such as bathtubs, sinks, shower trays, fountains and a variety of components for interior decoration. Contourbreton NC 300 features a mobile beam structure and is provided with sliding doors with manual opening ensuring operator safety and soundproofing.The large and easily accessible work bench is made of aluminium slats. The tool magazine is stationary and accommodates 17+17 tools (NC 300 K26) or 31+31 (NC 300 K40).Contourbreton NC 300 has useful working travels of 3.800 mm in “X”. The useful travel in “Y” depends on the model: 2.300 mm on theNC 300 K26 and 4.000 mm on the NC 300 K40.In all versions, the movable bridge structure offers a great room for manoeuvre, even from the top, for workpiece loading and unloading operations. The CAM module allows to carry out the following major functions:• cutting and shaping with disc• shaping, profiling, hole drilling, milling and hollowing out with mill-

ers or shaped tools• polishing of tops (even inclined tops)• milling and polishing of grooves on tops (even inclined tops)• 3D engraving of windows “True Type” fonts on flat horizontal or

vertical surfaces• bas-reliefs imported from digitized surfaces

The CAD module allows to carry out the following majorfunctions:• generation of 2D drawings with relevant dimensions• determination of the 3D working volume of the piece• determination of any working plane inside the generated 3D

volume• management of a 2D drawing created on the selected working

RoBoCup system - patentedRobocup introduces a revolutionary, automated way of arranging the vacuum cups on the work bench.According to the work schedule and type of workpieces to be produced, the spindle lifts automatically the double-acting vacuum cups from the special magazine and alignes them with the self-locking valves fixed to the work bench.The self-locking device firmly locks the vacuum cups on the bench and the workpieces to the vacuum cups.Once the profiling operations are over, the self-locking device re-leases the workpieces from the vacuum cups and the vacuum cups from the bench, the spindle lifts automatically the vacuum cups and places them in the magazine and a special pressure washing system washes the work bench before beginning a new vacuum cup ar-rangement cycle.
