Synchronization between oven and host is using the advanced technology -shaft-less synchronization, PLC、variable and encoder control make the quite synchronized.烘房与主机间连接及烘房前后传动动力间均采用先进的电子无轴同步传动，PLC和变频器及编码器控制，保持最佳的同步性能.

Notes: The other alternative is also available if require for ground shaft connection between main machine and oven with clutch. 也可改为地轴+离合器的机械同步（老款）。


Wickets conveyor using high strength chain, the roller (patented product) increased to 5pcs/meter; it has high wear resistance and dust –free.烘房花铁架输送链使用高强度链条，每米增加到5只滚轮，滚轮使用我公司专利产品：耐磨无粉尘专用滚轮.


Wickets are coated with chrome. (Three times are nickels processing and last one is coated with chrome) and hollow structured to facilitate more stable transmission and heat absorb.选用空心管花架,更稳更减少花架的吸热


The front conveying using roller conveyor, both side of roller widened to 150 mm, suitable for various metal plates in length, and from regulating.烘房前输送设计使用两侧加宽至150mm滚筒输送，适用各种长度金属板，免调节


Company's synchronized timing belt: the front and rear conveyor roller of the oven line using

Company's patented technology， synchronized timing belt transmission.

Servo control in front and unloading conveyor to avoid bending when sheets go through wicket

end for front conveyer and also ensure no scratch between sheets and stable piling in unloading

process.

Wicket washing machine (option): the cooling zone of the oven is added with Stainless

Steel and anti-corrosion cleaning protective guard, cleaning shelves, sprayer, etc. which

is convenient for users to clean wickets. The moving automatic rinser of wickets need to

be purchased on selection in addition.

烘房冷却段加配了不锈钢耐腐蚀清洗护罩、清洗喷架、喷头等装置，方便用户清洗花铁架；

移动式花铁架自动清洗机需片另外选购。


Servo control for loading and unloading conveyor to protect sheets free of scratch and bending.

Belt of infeed and outfeed is controlled by servo motors for active and static motions . For

infeeding, the belt rapidly transport sheets to the position and suddenly stops waiting for wickets

reach to take them. For outfeeding, the belt doesn’t move until it is in full contact with the sheet

from wickets and the wicket releases the sheet completely. Then it stops again for next round.烘房进料和出料是通过伺服电机控制进出输送段(输送皮带)动静控制(进料时是工件动态快速输送到位置后静止等待花铁架上来后支撑

工件;出料时伺服电机控制的输送段静止等待花铁架上的工件完全接触且花架离开后快速起动输送工件后再静止等待下一张)，从而保证

工件和花铁架没有擦伤和挤压。

Stack：it is equipped with standard air blower for sheets in piling process. Optionally it

adopts electromagnet and servo device to better avoid sheets scratch.

matched with sealing and heat preservation, using waste heat preheat wickets which is put out by the rear exhaust fans to decrease the temperature.烘房下部增加花铁架预热节能装

置，加配下封闭保温，利用烘房后排风排放的余热预热花铁架，降低花铁烘烤时吸收的热量。

• The latest designed automatic checkout equipment： automatic control burner, the front and rear exhaust fans, cooling fans, the front and rear servo motor, transport motor, etc. which can reduce power consumption and heat rate to decrease unnecessary waste.

• Main Mechanisms:Burner Control: 2 Set Step-less Flame Change and Proportional Adjustment to control proportions of oxygen and gas quantity.燃烧机燃烧采用比例控制，控制燃气和氧气(风)同时按比例配合燃烧.

Flame Control: programmable control for flame lighting. After power on the air blower starts with air pressure sensored and servo motor begins blowing for 30 seconds at high air position then the motor switches to lower air blowing for 10 seconds. Then lighting up with transformer and gas begins work when electricity is conducted with magnetic valve. The flaming is proportional control for air and gas quantity and ion detecting is applied to ensure regular status.火焰控制:点火程控器控制:通电后电机鼓风机起动，风压开关检测到风压，伺服电机在设定的大风门位置鼓风30秒吹扫，然后伺服电机转到设定的小风门位置鼓风10秒，然后点火变压器通电电极点火，组合阀组电磁阀通电，燃气打开，按调节的燃气及氧气比例燃烧，离子探头检测到火焰，进入正常燃烧状态.

Gas System: it is composed of filter, pressure reducing valve, low pressure meter, connecting hose, stainless steel oven body and combined valve, burner.煤气机构的主要组成:这个不太明白，应该是燃气机构的组成:a、燃气过滤器;b、二级减压阀;c、低压压力表;d、连接软管;e、组合式阀组;f、整体式进口燃烧机;g、燃烧不锈钢炉胆.

Ventilation Fan: Driven by Inverter. Speed varies with size and weight to reduce vibration. 通风系统有变频驱动并根据铁片尺寸和重量减少震动。

Safety System and Protocol: CE certification can be met at customer’s demand. CE安全论证暂时没做，后期我们可以做好
