SIL FIM CERTIFICATIONSAND THEIR GUARANTEEA laboratory of more than 500 sm, which is officially recognized by NEMKO according to the Norm ISO 17025: “General Standards concerning testing and calibration facilities“, can carry out in an indipen-dent way all tests necessary to obtain the approval marks on the products, according to the Internatio-nal Standards of Electric Security and Electroma-gnetic Compatibility. The laboratory is able to do all the tests for the NEMKO, cULus, EAC Approvals and for all the Main International Quality Approvals. The cooker hoods have the CE self-declaration of the manufacturer that is certifying that the cooker hoods comply with the valid International Norms for the product and have 2 years guarantee as foreseen by the European regulations.The cooker hoods comply with the EMC Directive (2014/30/EU) and Low Tension Directive (2014/35/EU). The performances of the products declared in this catalogue are measured according to strict and actual techniques, the corresponding values are re-ported in the technical sheet of each product under the corresponding part: AIRFLOW (m³/h), PRESSU-RE (Pa), NOISE LEVEL Lw(dBA), MOTOR POWER (W). The used motors are with low noise level, and with high air delivery and pressure, consequently we have the possibility to optimize the typical losses due to the duct. They are equipped with thermopro-tector which interrupts the functions of the motor in case high temperatures are reached. We use diffe-rent kinds of motors according to the shape of the product, to the requested performances and to the final market of destination.During the development and verifications of the products, the laboratory is also used to perform performances tests with the aim to improve the products as far as acoustic noise, vibrations, air de-livery, lighting efficiency, grease absorption, odour reduction is concerned.

Extractor hood equipped with a high performing motor having an outlet diameter of 200 mm and s/steel grease filters giving to the product the typical look of indu-strial kitchens. The air is forced into the “labyrinth path” of the filters increasing the grease cap-tation level. These grease filters can be washed in the dishwasher and can be easily cleaned and are having a long life.

When you have finished the co-oking, this function allows to have the hood working for a certain period of time to complete elimi-nation of the fumes and the re-mained odors. After that period of time the hood switches off in an automatic way.

Activa el motor a la máxima po-tencia de succión durante un cierto tiempo y luego reduce au-tomáticamente su velocidad. Esta función es útil en las fases de cocción donde se generan can-tidades considerables de humos.

It activates the motor at the hi-ghest speed for a certain period of time, and then it automatically reduces the speed. This function is useful in the cooking phases where a lot of fumes are produ-ced.

This is a system called perimetral aspiration which conveys the fu-mes on the sides of the panels, allowing to have a nicer design, to reduce the noise of the hood, to increase the capturing of the fu-mes and to simplify the cleaning operations of the products.

Las campanas extractoras están equipadas con iluminación LED que permite reducir el consumo y la temperatura de funciona-miento, obteniendo una alta efi-ciencia y fiabilidad en el tiempo. Para integrarse con el diseño de los distintos productos, se utili-zan lámparas individuales, barras LED o paneles de acero y vidrio con iluminación uniforme desar-rollados y realizados en nuestra fábrica. Hay varias gradaciones de color o sistemas RGB disponi-bles para satisfacer las necesida-des de todos los clientes.

The cooker hoods are equipped with led lighting that are allowing to reduce both consumption and working temperature, obtaining long time lasting efficiency and reliabily. There are in use single led spots, led bars, or internal-ly produced led panel. In order to fulfill any customer’s wish it is possible to have different light co-lour solutions or RGB system.

El sistema de aspiración INDUCTION SYSTEM ha sido diseñado para limitar el fenómeno de la condensación. Puede producirse condensa-ción en caso de una cocción prolongada con una fuerte producción de vapor. El proceso físico que lo determina se produce cuando el vapor caliente que sale de la olla encuentra una diferencia de temperatura con la superficie de la campana con la que entra en contacto, crean-do las molestas gotitas. En el caso de las encimeras de gas, la llama también calienta el ambiente circundante por irradiación, por lo que el vapor encuentra una diferencia de temperatura baja y tiende a hacer poca condensación. En el caso de las placas eléctricas o de induc-ción, sin embargo, como no hay llama, el vapor encuentra una gran diferencia de temperatura con la superficie de la campana, creando mucha condensación. La campana está equipada con una bandeja en cuyo interior es posible recoger las gotas condensadas de vapor y grasa, además en el sistema INDUCTION SYSTEM PLUS se calientan las superficies para reducir el diferencial térmico.

The INDUCTION SYSTEM has been developped for limitating the for-mation of condensation. Condensation can occur in case of a long co-oking with strong production of steam. The physical process that is creating condensation has to do with warm steam that comes out of the pot and meets a difference in the temperature with the surface of the extractor hood that touches: this gives as consequence the formation of water drops. When you have gas hobs the flame is making also the surroundings warm by irradiation, so the steam meets a lower differen-ce in temperature and the formation of water drops is less. When you have electric and induction hobs the flame is not existing, so the steam meets a high difference in the temperature when it goes into contact with the extractor-hood surface and this brings to a high formation of condensation.The extractor hoods are equipped with a tank inside from which it is possible to collect the condensated steam and grease drops, also in the INDUCTION SYSTEM PLUS the surfaces are heated to decrease the thermal differential.

FUSIÓN EN LA COCINALas placas de inducción y aspiración combinan aspiración y cocción en un solo aparato y con su sistema de aspiración central, directa-mente en la placa, consiguen altos niveles de captación de humos y eficiencia energética. La posición del motor, colocado debajo de la rejilla de aspiración, garantiza tener más espacio útil en el mueble de la cocina. Además, los mandos de control táctil permiten un funciona-miento óptimo manteniendo siempre el clima ideal en la cocina.

FUSION IN THE KITCHENThe Extractor hobs are coupling aspiration and cooking in one applian-ce and with their central aspiration system directly on the hob can reach high levels of fumes captation and energy values. The position of the motor, placed under the aspiration grid, enables to have more spa-ce to be used in the kitchen cabinet. The touch controls allow perfect operations, always keeping the best climate in the kitchen.

Puede usarse para seleccionar un tiempo de 1 a 99 minutos para cualquiera de las zonas. La zona se apaga automáticamente al fi-nalizar el tiempo seleccionado, lo que hace que cocinar sea fácil y seguro.

Todas las placas de inducción están equipadas con algunas de las protecciones de seguridad más modernas y sofisticadas: bloqueo de seguridad, apagado automático, indicadores de calor residual, dispositivo de fuga de líquido, detección automática de ollas y recipientes pequeños, lím-ite de temperatura alta.

Permite aumentar drásticamente la potencia de trabajo en una su-perficie de calentamiento específ-ica y, al mismo tiempo, acelera el proceso de cocción.

Posibilidad de ajustar la absor-ción de potencia eligiendo entre diferentes niveles, la electrónica gestionará automáticamente la potencia para que no supere el límite establecido.

Es un temporizador de cuenta regresiva que se puede configu-rar en la placa. Cuando termine el tiempo de la cuenta regresiva sonará un pitido.

Es posible pausar el aparato dete-niendo temporalmente la cocción. Si se apaga accidentalmente, es posible recuperar los ajustes pre-viamente activos en las zonas de cocción.

Esta función establece la potencia de la zona de cocción selecciona-da útil para mantener calientes los alimentos cocinados.

It is possible to set different levels of power absorption, the electro-nic will automatically manage the power not allowing it to overcome the limit.

It is a count-down time that can be set on the hob. When the count-down time has finished, an acoustic signal will sound.

It is possible to pause the applian-ce switching off the cooking zo-nes. When has been switched off by mistake it is possible to quickly recall the previous active settings.

This function sets the heat tem-perature of the selected cooking zone to keep food warm.

En las campanas de techo el sistema de aspiración es “in-visible”. La captación de humos de cocción se produce casi sin darnos cuenta aprovechando el fenómeno de la convección en el que el aire más caliente y denso ascien-de. Esta solución garantiza la máxima altura disponible y un campo de visión sin obstáculos alrededor del área de cocción, dejando así un amplio espacio para la creatividad en el diseño de la cocina de tus sueños. Todos los modelos se controlan por mando a distancia.

In the Ceiling hoods the aspiration system is “invisible”. The cooking fumes captation is happening in an easy way taking advantage of the convection phenomenon where the warmer and heavier air is rising upwards. This solution allows to have a lot of space free in the height and a lot of visibility without obstacles around the cooking area, leaving space to a lot of possibilities when the kitchen of our dre-ams is designed. All the models are controlled by remotes.

La fusión de diseño y tecnología otorga a estos modelos el don de la invisibilidad, ya que al integrarse en el mueble de la cocina dejan un amplio espacio alrededor de la zona de cocción. Estos modelos tienen la particularidad de poder extraer los vapores directamente de la encimera; ésto hace que la extracción sea efectiva y particularmente adecuada para cocinas muy grandes donde los humos se pueden dispersar en el ambiente más fácilmente. Los modelos Downdraft se colocan detrás de la encimera y facilitan la aspiración gracias a su sistema motorizado. Otra peculia-ridad viene dada por el motor de aspiración, insertado en el mueble o instalado en otro compartimento dentro de la casa o exteriormente lo que ahorra espacio. Las placas de inducción y succión combinan la aspiración y la cocción en un solo producto.

The combination of design and technology gives to these models the gift of invisibility: as integrated in the working top they leave a lot of space around the cooking zone. This models can suck the vapours directly from the co-oking hob; this is making the aspiration very performing and suitable for big kitchens where the fumes can travel in the room more easily. The Downdraft models are pla-ced inside the cooking hob and are having their sucking operations made easier by the system with motor. Another special feature is the motor, also integrated into the cabinet or installed in a separate room internal or external place of the house, which allows to save space. The Extractor hobs combined aspiration and cooking in one product.

Las campanas a pared son la perfecta solución de diseño cuando la cocina dispone de poco espacio. Se trata de aparatos de aspiración clásicos formados por un plano ho-rizontal o inclinado, colocado sobre la placa de cocción, con capacidad para captar fácilmente los humos y con-ducirlos por el interior de una parte estética en la que va escondida el ventilador y los conductos. De esta forma la campana se convierte en un elemento característico de la cocina, protagonista absoluto como elemento de diseño para focalizar la atención en el área de cocción.

Wall hoods are the design perfect solution when the ki-tchen is offering less space. They are classic appliances made by an horizontal or inclined part placed on top of the cooking hob, which can captate in an easy way the fumes then conveyed inside a design-part where the motor and tubes to take the air out are hidden. Like this the hood is becoming a feature- element of the kitchen, main design protagonist to catch the attention in the cooking area.

INSTALACIÓN INSTALLATION—

Elegirla campana En la elección de una campana aspirante para la coci-na, además del aspecto estético, el elemento determi-nante está representado por el caudal de aire, ésto es la cantidad de aire aspirada por el electrodoméstico en una hora (m³/h). El sistema de cálculo más correcto se muestra a continuación: superficie de la cocina por la altura de suelo a techo multiplicado por 10, donde 10 es un coeficiente que representa el número de recambios de aire que en una hora debe efectuar la campana para asegurar una correcta aireación.Ejemplo: (A) 4,3 m x (B) 3,8 m x (H) 2,7 m x 10 = 441 m³/h.Por tanto, para asegurar un buen recambio de aire, la campana deberá aspirar 441 m³/h.

Chooseyour cooker hoodWhen you have to choose a cooker hood for your ki-tchen, apart from the way it looks, the air delivery is the most important component for your choice. The air de-livery is the quantity of air that your appliance is taking each hour (m³/h). The best way to calculate this is given as follows: surface of the kitchen x height from the floor to the ceiling x10, where 10 is a coefficient representing the number of air-exchanges that the cooker hood must do each hour to assure a correct ventilation.Example: (A) 4,3 m x (B) 3,8 m x (H) 2,7 m x 10 = 441 m³/hSo your hood, in order to assure a good air exchange, must have a suction capacity of 441 m³/h.

Distancias Las campanas decorativas se instalan a una distancia mínima de 550 mm de las placas de cocción eléctricas y de 650 mm de las de gas. Están diseñadas para ser conectadas a una instalación de 150 mm de diámetro, sin embargo para casos particulares, se suministra un reductor que permita utilizar conductos de 120 mm. Se debe tener en cuenta que el caudal de la campana di-sminuye a medida que aumenta la longitud del conduc-to, aumenta la cantidad de codos utilizados y disminuye la sección de la tubería. Se recomienda minimizar la lon-gitud del conducto de evacuación, evitar instalaciones con muchas curvas y utilizar tuberías con un diámetro de 150 mm.

DistancesThe design cooker hoods must be installed at a mini-mum distance of 550 mm from the electric hobs and 650 mm from the gas hobs. They are conceived to be connected to a pipe with a diameter of 150 mm, anyway in front of possible special needs we supply them with a reducer that allows also to use connection to pipe with diameter of 120 mm. As a principle you can consider that the air delivery of the hood decreases with the length of the pipe, or with the number of the curves, or with the reduction of the pipe section. We strongly advice to keep the length of the pipe as short as possible, to avoid installation with many curves and to use pipes with 150 mm diameter.

Filtros antigrasa Los filtros están constituídos por un marco metálico que contiene 10 mallas de aluminio y que permite una opti-ma recogida de las grasas presentes en los vapors de la cocción. Los filtros antigrasa deben mantenerse limpios lavándolos periódicamente a mano o en el lavavajillas.

Grease filtersThe grease are made by a metallic frame having as ave-rage 10 layers of alu-nets which are allowing to capture in a very good way the grease from the cooking vapours. The grease filters must be kept clean with periodical wa-shing operations both handmade or in the dishwasher.

Versión La mayor parte de los modelos se puede utilizar en las dos versiones: aspirante o filtrante. La campana aspiran-te tiene la función de extraer el aire que contiene grasas, humos y olores descargándolo hacia el exterior de la vi-vienda. La campana filtrante depura el aire que contiene grasas, humos y olores a través de filtros de carbono active y lo devuelve al ambiente de la cocina. En el caso que no sea posible utilizar la campana en la modalidad aspirante es posible convertirla en filtrante mediante la utilización del kit filtrante que contiene el deflector y el filtro de carbono. Se recomienda observa siempre las normativas nacionales vigentes.

VersionMost of the models can be used in the 2 versions: suction use and filtering use. The suction hood use must extract air with grease, fumes and vapours from the inside environment and then must expel them out-side. A filtering hood purifies the air with grease, fumes and vapours by means of carbon filters or with the new PLASMA technology, and then emits the purified air into the same environment. When it is not possible to use the hood in the suction use, then it is possible to make the hood filtering with a filtering kit composed of deflector and carbon filter. We recommend to always take care of the national valid norms.
