Camelot Student Housing currently manages one 3,500 sqm building (Eindhoven) providing over 100 student apartments. CSH plans to develop another 30,000 square meters over the next 3 years, creating over 1,000 new permanent student homes in vacant buildings Camelot Workspace provides temporary working spaces to for small and start up businesses looking for low cost, flexible office space. We currenlty manage Camelot Loods in Zwolle, Heerlen, Arnhem, Voorburg. Camelot was established in July 1993 in the Netherlands by Camelot’s CEO Joost van Gestel and Bob de Vilder in ‘s-Hertogenbosch. Camelot was the first company to introduce a valid and watertight legal contract to the market, creating a win-win solution for all 3 parties involved (Property Owner-Live-in Guardian-Camelot).
