一、风机的用途SJ系列烧结风机系采用我公司引进英国豪登-西洛哥公司风机专有技术，结合我公司五十多年的

生产经验，针对目前烧结机的大型化和“厚料层、高负压”的烧结新工艺对配套风机的要求，进行改进

设计和制造的新一代烧结风机产品。该系列烧结风机具有效率高、流量大、升压高、耐磨性好、结构

合理、性能稳定、运行平稳可靠、耐热性能强等特点，风机的最高全压效率可达 85%以上。该烧结风

机系列适用于 100m2～600m2烧结机对配套烧结风机的要求。风机输送介质为烧结烟气，工作温度：

120～150℃，最高使用温度：250℃。亦适用于钢铁、冶金及使用条件相当的其他场所及行业。

1. ApplicationSJ series of sintering fans are devoloped the new generation fans combined design and manufactureknow-how of high temperature fan from Howden-Sircoco(UK) with more than 50 years manufacturingexperience in fan according to sintering process requirement of thick material and high negative pressure forlarge sintering machine. Fans feature high efficiency, large volume, high boost pressure, strong wearresistance, reasonable structure, reliable performance, smooth operation and heat-resistance etc. Max. Totalpressure efficiency of fan exceeds 85%. It can be suitable for the sintering machines with 100---600m.Handling gas of fa is sintering fume, working temperature is 120～150℃ and highest temperature is 250℃.This kinds of fans are used in steel, metallurgy and other similar applications.

二、风机的型式1、SJ系列烧结风机采用双支撑双吸入 F式传动结构型式，主要有 10个标准型号：SJ10000、SJ11000、

SJ13000、SJ15000、SJ18000、SJ20000、SJ22500、SJ25000、SJ26500、SJ30000。如用户有其他要求，我

们也可按用户要求进行非标设计。

2、SJ系列烧结风机进、出风口角度有以下 4种基本角度：

进 135°/出 45°、进 90°/出 45°、进 135°/出 90°、进 135°/出 0°。如用户有其他角度要求，我们也可按

用户要求，设计非标角度。

3、以上四种基本角度均可制成右旋和左旋两种型式，即从电机端正视，风机叶轮如按顺时针方向旋

转，称右旋转风机，以“右”（或“顺”）表示；叶轮如按逆时针方向旋转，称左旋转风机，以“左” （或“逆”）

表示。

4、风机分别按 980r/min和 470r/min两档转速及工作温度 150℃和 120℃设计了两种不同系列的产品，

供用户按需要进行选择。如用户有其他要求，我们也可按用户要求进行非标设计。

2. Model of fan2.1 SJ series of sintering fans are available double-suction and double-support with F driving, 10

standard models, including SJ10000、SJ11000、SJ13000、SJ15000、SJ18000、SJ20000、SJ22500、SJ25000、SJ26500、SJ30000. We also can customize for clients according to requirement.

2.2 4 kinds of inlet/Outlet angles for SJ series of sintering fans are available:135°(inlet)/45°(outlet), 90°(inlet) /45°(outlet),135°(inlet)/90°(outlet), 135°(inlet)/ 0°(outlet) for each fan.for the other angles, we can also customize for clients .

2.3 Rotation direction of fan has clockwise or counter-clockwise. It is indicated as clockwise fan if impellerruns in clockwise direction viewed from the motor end. On the contrarily, it is indicated ascounter-clockwise fan.




2.4 2 series of the different fans at the speed of 980r/min and 470r/min, at 150℃ and at 120℃ are available.For non-standard, we can customize for clients according to the requirement.

三、主要组成部分的结构特点SJ系列烧结风机主要由叶轮、机壳、进风口、密封装置、主轴、轴承和轴承箱、差动导叶调

节装置、电机、电控柜等组成。

3. Main structure

SJ series of sintering fans mainly include impeller, fan casing, inlet suction, seal, main shaft, bearing and

bearing box, differential vane control device, motor, electric control cabinet etc.

1、叶轮：叶轮由后弯板式叶片焊接于锥形前盘与板形后盘之间组成。由于采用了后弯板式叶片，

保证了风机的高效率、低噪声和高可靠及耐磨性。整个叶轮用高强度合金钢制作，中盘采用了锯齿形

状，降低了风机的转动惯量，增强了耐磨效果。为提高风机的耐磨性，在叶轮中盘靠叶片焊缝处设置

有防磨板，防磨板上进行了堆焊耐磨处理，对中盘及叶片的焊缝进行了有效的保护。叶片进口处采用

加厚增强方式（俗称耐磨鼻头）处理，并在叶片工作面上加复合耐磨板（复合耐磨板的表面硬度

HRC≥60），此复合耐磨板也可以采用螺栓连接的方式进行联结，使之达到可更换的目的，从而延长叶

轮的使用寿命，降低使用成本。在叶轮出口处的前盘边缘易磨损部位也进行了堆焊耐磨处理。叶轮的

所有材料及叶轮各焊缝均经过严格的无损探伤检测，并且叶轮经过整体消除应力退火处理和动平衡

校正，为安全运行提供了可靠保证。

3.1 Impeller: Back-curved blades of impeller are welded between cone front disc and back disc.

Back-curved blades can ensure high efficiency, low noise and high strength. Impeller is made of the alloy

steel with high stiffness. The hackle middle disc reduces the moment of inertia. In order to strengthen the

wear resistance , the wear abrasion plate next to blades welding seams of middle disc are used and adopted

the repairing weld protection on the wear abrasion plate. So it can protect the welding seams of the blades

and middle disc . The thickness of blades tip (also called wear resistance nose tip) has been increased and

complex wear abrasion plates (surface hardness: HR≥60) are used on the blades. This kind of the complex

wear abrasion plates can be replaced via bolts, so it extend the service life of the impeller and reduce the cost.

Easily-worn edges of on the front disc of impeller outlet are done the repairing weld protection. The raw

material of impeller and impeller welding seams are done the non-detective tests and impeller is alos done

integral annealing treatment and the dynamic balance test so as to ensure the reliable operation.

2、机壳：机壳是采用高强度低合金结构钢材料焊接而成的蜗形体，为提高蜗壳的使用寿命，采




用双蜗壳结构形式。内蜗壳板分成若干块，采用特殊方式焊接于外蜗壳板内侧，当内蜗壳板发生局部

磨损后，可以对磨损部分进行更换。为了增加机壳的刚性，在机壳和进气箱的外部焊有“井”字形的槽

钢加强筋，避免了由于气流脉动及压差引起的机壳刚性不足而产生的振动，同时便于用户现场在“井”

字形腔体中填充消声材料，制作机壳隔声层。在机壳和进行箱上设有能快速开启，且密封性能良好的

检修门、清灰门，便于作常规检查和清除叶轮和机壳内的粉尘堆积。另外，为了使大修时转子便于吊

出，机壳和进气箱组采用共用侧板及剖分结构的方式，便于安装、维修和运输。一旦需要，可以从剖

分处把上半部份壳体移开，将转子组很方便的吊出。且尽可能的考虑了剖分的合理性，减少用户拆卸

联接管道。

3.2 Fan casing : Fan casing made of high-strength low alloy steel structure is welded into volute. In order to

extend the service life of the volute,which are the double volute structure. Inside volute/scroll is made up

blocks and then welded on the outside of the volute. If inside volute plates are worn, they can easily replace

the worn plates. In order to improve the stiffness, reinforced ribs shaped "well" are welded outside the fan

casing and inlet box to avoid the resonance due to fan casing poor stiffness arising from the airflow impulse

and pressure difference, at the same time, acoustic insulation materials can be filled in the "well" to form the

acoustic insulation layer of the fan casing on clients' site. A inspection door and dust-removing door are on

the fan casing and inlet box to carry out the routine check and remove the contamination on the impeller and

fan casing. In addition, in order to lift out of the rotor from upper half of fan casing for big maintenance, and

to reduce the clients dismantling ducts, fan casing is designed to split structure and common side plates with

fan inlet box.

3、进风口：收敛式流线的进风口制成整体结构，用螺栓固定在风机入口侧。进风口易磨损部位堆焊耐磨层。

3.3 Inlet suction: integral convergent flowing-line structure. It is fastened with bolts inlet offan

4、密封装置：在风机壳体与主轴的通过处，设置有特殊的浮动轴端密封，在机壳受热膨胀后，可自

动调心，起到良好的密封作用，轴端密封采用剖分结构，便于安装拆卸。

3.4 Seal: A special floating shaft-end seal is equipped with the main shaft passage. When thermal expansion

of fan casing, the floating shaft-end seal can align automatically to seal. Shaft-end seal is split structure and

it is easy to mount or dismantle.

5、主轴：风机主轴用优质钢材锻造而成。主轴是按在设计温度下，工作转速远小于临界转速的

前提进行设计，保证主轴具有足够的刚度及可靠性。

3.5 Main shaft: Main shaft is made of high quality alloy structural steel forgings. To ensure main shaft has

enough hardness and reliability, man shaft is designed according to designed temperature, working speed

far lower than the critical speed.




6. 轴承和轴承箱：风机采用的轴承有进口滚动轴承，自润滑自动调心油菜花滑动轴承和强制润

滑自动调心滑动轴承三种方式。SJ10000采用进口滚动轴承或自润滑自动调心滑动轴承；SJ10000及

其以上采用强制润滑自动调心滑动轴承。采用强制润滑自动调心滑动轴承的风机，配套有稀油润滑站

和高位油箱等润滑系统。轴承箱结构系引进结构，采取特殊的挡油环和迷宫加填料密封结构，保证了

润滑油不会泄漏。轴承箱下部侧面有油位指示器，以便观察轴承箱内油池的油位，同时设有最高和最

低油位线。轴承箱上有测温和测振的一次仪表的接口，根据用户的不同需求配备一次仪表。

3.6 Bearing and bearing box: There are 3 kinds of the bearing for the sintering fans, namely

imported rolling bearing, self lubrication self-aligning slide bearing and forced lubrication self-aligning slide

bearing. SJ10000 series of sintering fans are equipped with the imported rolling bearing or self lubrication

self-aligning slide bearing. Others are equipped with the forced lubrication self-aligning slide bearing.If fan

is equipped with the forced lubrication self-aligning slide bearing, the oil station and high-level oil tank etc.

lubrication system. should be provided. Bearing box Oil-level indicator in the lower part of bearing box so as

to observe the oil level in the oil tank of bearing box. The max. and min. oil level lines are marked on the oil

level indicator. There are the primary instrument interfaces for vibration and temperature measure on the

bearing box.

7、差动导叶调节装置：差动导叶调节装置安装在风机进气箱前，用来调节风机的进口流量。此

装置的叶片可以在 0～90°范围内（即全开和全闭范围内）任意转动,由于该装置的叶片不是全部同步

动作,而是部分叶片先转动一个角度,这样就可以实现风机的微量调节.差动导叶调节装置灵活可靠,没

有死行程,调节叶片的支撑处装有滚动轴承,转动灵活,使用可靠,调节门配合电动执行器操动,能方便的

进行流量的调节。

3.7 Differential inlet vane gear (damper) mounted in front of the fan inlet chamber is used to control the

fan inlet volume. The guard vanes can rotate from 0 to 90°(fully open and fully closed) randomly, because

the guard vanes don't rotate fully at the same time only a part of guard vanes rotate to certain angle first to

regulate the fan volume slowly. Differential inlet vane gear can regulate flexibly, no dead stroke. The

supports of guard vane are equipped with rolling bearing and it can rotate flexibly and reliability. If the

damper and electric actuator work together, it is convenient to regulate the volume.

8、电机：采用高压绕线型异步电机。

3.8 Motor: High-pressure winding asynchronism motor.

9、电控柜：电控柜可实现机组的显示、监控、调节、连锁、报警及远距离传送信号，操作方便，

自动化程度高。它是包括风机、电机、稀油润滑站、电动执行器等所有外配套的全部控制功能在内的

集中控制柜。

3.9 Electric control cabinet: serve the function of display, measure, regulation, interlocking, warning,

sending the signal remote, easy to operate and automatation. All functions of fan and its accessories such as




fan-body, motor, oil station, electric actuator etc. can be controlled by this control cabinet.

四、订货须知 Order information订货时用户应写明：client should specify:

⑴ 风机的名称 name of fan

⑵ 风机型号 fan model

⑶ 风机的旋转方向（右旋或左旋）及进、出口角度 fan rotation direction (clockwise or

counter-clockwise) and inlet/outlet angle

⑷ 性能参数（流量、压力、输送气体种类及成分、工作温度、进气密度、含尘浓度、当地大气

压、进口压力、工作转速、需要我方供应的外配套范围及其主要性能指标等）performance data (volume,

pressure, handling medium, medium composition, working temperature, gas inlet density, gas dust load,

local atmospheric pressure, inlet pressure, working speed, accessories supplied by Seller and other

performance data etc.)
