Preparation of required organizational documents as per management and DGCA for various helicopter approvals and enhancement of organization scope of work.

Issuance of organization and engineers approval :Preparing documents for initial/renewal of organization approvals. Processing and dealing with local Airworthiness Authority for granting of approvals within stipulated time frame provided by management. Issuance/renewal of certifying staff authorization/approval as per approved company policy and procedure.

Customer Management:Built strong and reliable relationship with customers/operators by regular dealing with them , provide productive feedback of their queries and concerns raised accordingly along with efficient technical solution thus growing organization’s business and customer satisfaction.

Management of organization’s Engineering policy and procedures:Regularly dealing with management to enhance organization safety and procedure. Making organization staff aware of such procedures and ensuring implementation of same.

A Helicopter MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul) company having Air Operator permit (AOP) along with CAR 145-Maintenance Approval and CAR-M sub part G Continuing Airworthiness Management Organization Approval on fleet of Airbus Helicopters and Bell Helicopters. The company operates in various places in India.

Worked in capacity of H/C Technician/Technical Officer and gained experience on following A/C :- ECUREIL AS 350B3 fitted with Arriel 2B1/2D Engine. ECUREIL EC 130 helicopter fitted with Arriel 2B1/2D Engine. EC 135 P2+ helicopter fitted with PW206B2 Engines. EC 135 T2+ helicopter fitted with Arrius 2B2 Engines. Bell 407 helicopter fitted with Rolls Royce 250C47B Engine. EC 155 B1 helicopter fitted with Turbomeca Arriel 2C2 Engines.

Preparing, revising and implementing maintenance program of aircraft as per manufacturer’s Master Servicing Manual/ requirements and Local Airworthiness regulatory requirements.

Monitoring of daily flying status, daily up-dation of the same in the IFS/ERP system. Performing trend monitoring of engine vide parameters provided by Pilots. Performing trend monitoring of aircraft life components through parameters/values obtained in SOAP test and MBT to analyze potential danger/hazards while operation of aircraft. Regular analyzing and monitoring of parameters, flying data’s, life components as per approved maintenance program thus ensuring continuing airworthiness of aircraft and leading to effective maintenance planning, aircraft safety and organization’s effective functioning.

Updating Helicopter Documents (Logbook, Log Cards, & History Cards of Components).

Preparing weekly and monthly maintenance forecast. Assisting Continuing Airworthiness Manager and Maintenance manager in strategic planning of maintenance to meet stringent operational requirements without jeopardizing the safety and airworthiness of aircraft thus maintaining the quality of work. Strategic planning of maintenance lead to saving of last minute financial liabilities and man hour cost of the organization.

Efficient to work in team while fulfilling different organizational projects and accomplishment of the same within set target and time frame. Preparing and processing of documents during induction of new aircraft in the organization. Dealing with Local Regulatory Authorities for approvals of documents (C of R, C of A, ARC etc.). Actively part of quality and safety audits (base, line, helicopter, Maintenance & Technical records), operator’s audit & regulatory audits. Assist Quality Manager/Continuing Airworthiness manager in complying with audit non-compliance within the prescribed time frame and issue of inter office memo to the responsible person.
