In 2015 I sold part of the business to recoup my original investment. I have been solely responsible for all aspects of the business including delivery, marketing, procurement, recruitment and client relations. As Service Delivery Manager I was the senior management team member with responsibility for managing customer relationships, effectively ensuring engagement with key stakeholders both internal and external, while managing service incidents and service improvement plans. I have 8 years experience with EDS as Data Centre Manager providing IT and print and mail services to a major government department. As part of the senior management team, I was responsible for all aspects of production including adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLA’s), production and reporting against Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s), identifying opportunities to maximise productivity and make service improvements both within the data centre and across the 3 centre estate. I delivered financial plans, monitored and reported against agreed budgets, including presenting divisional reports to board level. I regularly managed projects and productivity improvement plans from initiation to implementation, maximising productivity and reducing costs. I had personnel management responsibility leading and motivating cross-functional teams within the data centre.
