I have 7 years’ experience in youth ministry. This include small and large group ministry. Receiving

and giving training in regards to leadership of small group facilitation. I am a gifted motivational

speakers and minster of theology.

I am currently leading an outreach ministry to an under privilege community. I have lead events and

have facilitated multiple small group training sessions.

Outreach leader 01/2014 to Present

Manage/ lead ministry to Bella Vista High School. Oversee small group of 7 volunteers. I Coach small and

big group meetings. Facilitate outreach events: hiking tours, study program, sexual abstinence program,

life skills program, holiday programs, parent counseling, student counseling/ coaching and assisting

school with counseling, assist teachers with disciplinary issues, assist rugby coaching.

Selected Accomplishments:

We multiplied from a single group to four individual groups.

We have train student to take lead in the facilitation of groups.

We hosted a career exposition the first for the school
