April – Sept ’05: Volunteer - Tropical Forest (Closed, relocated to the Hounslow Urban Farm) Roles included looking after all the animals, dealing with the visiting public, assisting timed shows and
showing them the animals while teaching them about their feeding and living habits The shows involved a large audience listening to my colleague and I talking about the reptiles and giving
them the opportunity to encounter the animals in close quarters, which improved my presentation skills
