To conduct briefing for all the shift staffs discuss the daily work plan and assign duties to the staffs. Prioritize the tasks given to the shift.

To conduct safety & security briefing for all shift staffs. Monitoring the warehouse dock areas and giving instructions for housekeeping staff to

clear the area after delivery or acceptance of cargo. Keeping a track record of attendance of shift staffs and monitoring the break time

provided for every individual according to company regulations. Issuing QIF & SIF to the staff deviating from rules and regulations set by the
