Definition, validation of strategy and strategic decisions. Direct responsible for SCM. Direct reporting: 4 persons. Indirect reporting: 22 persons Goal: Manage the construction/implementation of a 7M USD welding consumables production plant in Benguela/Lobito - Angola. Project currently concluded. Consolidate, business processes, production operations and capacity, meet product quality standards and boost sales according to strategy.

NOTABLE ACHIEVEMENTS: Industrial project implemented in Angola with 6 month delay and according to budget. Main responsibilities; Construction supervision, Sourcing, negotiations, purchasing and contracts, for real state, banks, construction works, equipment’s, vehicles, consumables, etc..
