We have been refining the skiff concept for over 16

years and we simply could not fathom why Light Tackle Flats

and Technical Poling skiffs were so expensive. So we de-

cided to build our own. Spyder is proud to offer you our

newest line of boats - the FX Series; a true Flats Boats.

These technical poling skiffs have an easy gliding

10 degree dead rise at the transom. We eliminated the hull

strakes and incorporated a mild reverse chine to minimize

hull slap while not sacrificing crisp steering performance.

The hulls are built with our proven Foam & Glass I-

Beam stringer system. This solid glass and foam construc-

tion creates an incredible strong hull that yields a very quiet

ride while shooting across the grass flats. The decks are

composite cored for stiffness, with aluminum plates sand-

wiched between fiberglass layers at key load and hardware

points.

The FX series has a molded inner liner, large insu-

lated bait and release wells, flush mount cleats and stainless

steel rub rail as standard equipment. All thruhulls and hard-

ware is 316 stainless steel for the best corrosion resistance.

Our boats are rigged by Factory Trained Technicians with

your choice of Yamaha, Suzuki or Mercury power.

And we back our boats with a 10 Year Transferable Limited

Warranty to protect your investments for years to come.
