101 級牙放共筆 W81 Theory 連懇 前言 a. 環口攝影在牙科是個熱門的技術,原因包括: (1) 所有牙齒和其支持組織被成像在同一張影像上。 (2) 技術簡單。 (3) 輻射劑量低,尤其搭配稀土族元素增感屏及數位化影像接受器的使用。 TCKJ 提醒您:一張 pano 的劑量<全口 14 張根尖片 b. 其不便之處在於: (1) 影像如同其他形式斷層掃描一樣是由移動式設備所產生的斷面 X 光片, 只有在 focal trough 內的構造會明顯且聚焦在最終的片子上。 Section focal trough 被設計成類似馬蹄型的型態,以與牙弓相對應。 (2) 影像品質比口內片差。 c. Selection criteria 選擇使用的準則:(以下出自學長姐共筆) (1) 當口內 x 光片沒辦法完全呈現 bony lesions 或尚未萌發的牙齒的大小、 位置的時候。 (2) 可用於檢查非常疏於照顧的口腔狀況。 (3) 牙周囊袋深度>6mm 時,可以用來評估旁邊支持牙齒的骨頭高度。 (4) 當考慮要拔除智齒時。如果沒有必要,則不建議做例行性檢查。 (5) 它是幫忙矯正做診斷的工具,可以觀察到整個齒列的狀況、牙齒是否缺 失。 (6) 而在醫院,也用在以下某些情況: 1. 用在下頷骨骨折(除了前牙)2. 鼻竇疾病:特別是內側、後側壁、底部。 3. TMJ 表面的疾病。 4. 植牙前用來評估垂直骨的高度。 總結來說,它應該是被使用在有需要的病人身上,而不是一種例行性檢 查,而且不任意重拍。
