Deasung의Pipe feeder는분진발생을최대한억제하며, 또한이송시외부로부터의그어떠한이물혼입을방지할수있습니다. Pipe내부에회전체가없이, 진동에의해서원료를이송하므로조립된원료의깨짐이나혼합원료의분리현상이없습니다. 이송시기 성이요구되는공정에적합하며, 잔량없이완벽하게이송이이루어집니다. 또한, Water jacket의설치등으로뜨거운이송물을이송시에냉각할수있으며, Steam jacket이나보온재의설치로이송시에원료의건조나보온을할수있습니다. (석유화학제품, 정 화학제품, 식품, 농약,유리, 세제, 분말, 조립제품등)

Daesung pipe feeder restrained dust at it s maximum and also prevent to mixing foreign material at the transportation. Raw material is conveyed by vibration without rotating parts inside pipe, so that there is no crashing of assembled raw material nor separation phenomenon of mixed material. This is suitable for process requiring airtightness during conveyance, and conveyance is performed perfectly without remaining material. And, water jacket is installed in order to cool hot material during conveyance, and steam jacket or insulation material is installed in order to provide dryness and insulation for material during conveyance. (petro chemistry, precision chemistry, food, agricultural medicines, glass, detergent, powder, assemblies etc.)

DSMF series vibrating feeder of electronic resonance type is a device to cause vibration by giving strong electromagnetic force to
drive part through converting alternating single phase electricity into pulse current with controller, to convert feeding quantity simply
during operation with voltage conversion type, and to have accuracy because its change is remarkably sensitive as compared with
other machine types.

DSMF용 표준제어기(Standard type controler for DSMF)
DSMF-S SERIES의 용량제어(Feeding capacity control of DSMF-SERIES)
DSMF Series의 Vibrating feeder는교류전기를변환하기위한제어기가기본사양으로제공됩니다. 이제어기에는Feeder의진동력을변환시키기위한출력전압의변환기가있어Feeder가가동중에도간단히Feeder의진동력을 가감시킬 수 있어 이송량 제어가 수월하며, 또한 Option 사양으로 계량시스템에 적용을 위한 2단제어와각종자동공정에적용을위한4-20mA 또는 0~10V의 Input Signal을받아자동적으로Feeder의이송량을가감시킬수있는기능의제어기도있습니다.
DSMF series vibrating feeder provides controller to convert alternating current electricity as basic specification. This controller is
equipped with converter of output voltage for converting vibration force of feeder, which can increase or decrease vibration force
of feeder simply during operation of feeder as well so that conveyance quantity control is easy, and there is a controller having
a function to increase or decrease conveyance quantity of feeder automatically by receiving 2-step control to be used for
measuring system as option and 4~20mA or 0~10V input signal to be used for various automatic process.

Trough에2차원진동Vector를발생하여운송물을운송하는Daesung vibrating feeder의공급능력계산법은하기와같습니다.
공급능력의계산 (feeding capacity)

Silo하부에 Vibrating feeder를 설치하는 경우에는 하기의내용을 충실히 반 하여 설계하여야 Feeder의 능력을 100%활용 할 수 있습니다. 이상적인 설계는 Silo내부에 있는 재료에 의한 직압이 Feeder에 가해지지않는 구조로 하여야하며,직압이Feeder에 가해지는 경우에는 필요이상으로 구동부를크게선정하여야하므로경제적인설계라볼수없습니다.
1) Silo후면각(α) 은재료의흐름을원할하게하기위한 60。이상을권장합니다. 이때, 전면각(β)은(α- 5。)로설계하여주시기바랍니다.
2) Si lo의 하부개구치수(T)는 재료에 의한 Bridge현상을 방지하기 위하여▶재료의입자크기가고르지않은재료에대하여는입자최대크기의3배이상▶비교적재료의입자크기가고른재료에대하여는최대크기의5배이상으로설계하여주시기바랍니다.
3) Silo의 Gate 개구높이(H)는 재료입자최대크기의 2배를 최소값으로하며,동시에필요로하는Feeder의공급능력에비례하여높이를결정하여야합니다. 동시에 개구높이(H)는 재료의 쌓여나가는 높이“d”의 1.5배를 권장하며, “d”값은하기의식에의하여계산할수있습니다.
d(M) = Q × 1.667W × V × p

4) Silo의전면개구부(D1)치수는▶입자크기가고르지않은재료에대하여는최대크기의3배를최소▶비교적입자크기가고른재료에대하여는입자크기가5배를최소값으로설계합니다.
5) Skirt와 Feeder와의 설치간격(X,X1,X2)은 전자석 구동형식인 경우에는최소 10mm, Vibro motor 구동방식인경우에는최소30mm이상을이격하여야합니다.
In the event of installing vibrating feeder at lower part of silo, it ispossible to use capacity of feeder 100% only by sufficientlyreflecting and designing the following content. Ideal design shallbe a structure where direct pressure due to material inside silo isnot applied to feeder, and drive part is greatly selected morethan necessary in the event that direct pressure is applied tofeeder, so that it may not be regarded as economical design.
1) Back angle(α) of silo shall be more than 60。for smooth flowof material. At this time, front angle(β) shall be designed to be(α-5。).
2) Design the lower opening size(T) of silo 3 or more times themaximum particle size with respect to material whose particlesize is not even, and 5 or more times the maximum size withrespect to material whose particle size is relatively even in order to prevent bridge phenomenon by material.
3) Gate opening height(H) of silo shall be at least two times themaximum size of material particle, and height shall bedetermined in proportional to supply capacity of feeder. And,opening height and "d" height value where material isaccumulated may be calculated according to the followingequation.

4) The front opening(D1) size of silo shall be designed to be atleast 3 times the maximum size of material whose particle size isnot even and to be at least 5 times the particle size of materialwhose particle size is relatively even.
5) Installation distance(X, X1, X2) between skirt and feeder shallbe at least 10mm in case of electromagnetic drive type, and atleast 30mm in case of vidro motor drive method.
