05 01 Velvet tuxedo jacket with satin notch lapels, buttons and pocketing details (see figure 3 on following page)

02 Wool rich shawl lapel tuxedo jacket. Classic cut with streamline detailing.

03 Classic cut double breasted wool rich tuxedo jacket. Peak lapelled, six button design with jetted pockets.

04 100% luxury wool, tailored fit tuxedo jacket. Two button single breasted design with slanted jetted pockets.

05 Polyester / Viscose slim-fit tuxedo jacket. Slim peak lapels, flap pockets with coin pocket detail on the right hand side - student range (see figure 1 and 2 on following page)

TOP - Viscose grey polka dot lining designed for slim-fit tuxedo- student range (see figure 1 following page)

MIDDLE - Basic range tuxedo lining with stitch and piping details.

BOTTOM - Luxury range lining designed for velvet tuxedo - part of the Black Label range (see figure 3 on following page)


01 Slim - fit peak lapel tuxedo jacket. Design details include satin piping along the top of each flap pocket, a jetted pocket on the right hand side, satin covered buttons and lapels, with a stylish grey polka dot lining.

02 Slim - fitted flat front tuxedo trousers to match 01 jacket. Details include 1/4 inch satin side strip on outerseam, satin jetted pockets, and a fly and hook fastening. The trousers are half lined with a grey piping around the waistband to match the polka dot lining of the jacket.

03 A luxurious 100% cotton velvet smoking jacket. Details include flap pockets, wide notch satin lapels and satin covered buttons. The luxury continues in the lining with a rich navy cloth with contrast piping and stitch details.

S ILK ROAD

WINTLE

A collection focusing on the history of the Silk Road. Looking at the clothes worn by travellers of each area, their use of furs and traditional patterns- printed and woven. Along with means for transport- horse or camel back, the wagons, mongolian horsemen, the environment and rough landscapes.I have created a stylised range that mixes tailoring with chunky knits and Russian furs.

FET ISH

An avant-garde collection inspired by the obscure world of fetishes. While looking at people’s deepest fears, obsessions and fantasies, I aimed to create a range that encapsulated the idea of entrapment and restriction of the human body. A wide range of fetishtic fabrics have been used with a constrained colour pallet.

WORK EXPERIENCE

I worked at Wintle during the making of their SS09 collection. My varied roles included designing (along with a number of other garments I designed and toiled their two bags which were later put into production). I also worked with UK and overseas suppliers and manufacturers by phone and e-mail. Finally I went to Paris for the show and helped with dressing, fittings and further adjustments.

I worked on the making of ‘The Duchess’ for the entire duration as a Wardrobe Assistant. My roles included fittings, costume adjustments, supervising set, checks and dressing the crowd. I also stayed on after filming to complete the returns.
