CASE STUDY # 1 Officeworks National Head Office has many clients and suppliers that provide a variety of services. Dataframe created a Financial Snapshot tool, which gave executives and managers visibility of monthly data previously unknown. This empowered them to meet the clients with considerable information relating to invoicing that strengthened their negotiating position as a result. The property manager said after one client meeting “They were amazed when I knew about that data.”
CASE STUDY # 2 Active Utilities managed the voice, data, and power for tenant clients at multi-tenant sites. Upon acquiring the contract for DFO, the client base went from small to huge. As a result, they needed a new billing system to replace manual billing processes. Dataframe completely overhauled the billing system and devised a billing processing tool which replaced a week’s worth of data entry and checking with one data dump. This represents a 40,000 % increase in efficiency.
CASE STUDY # 3 Insurance Line required improvement to dynamic visibility of performance and financial data. Dataframe devised a series of Performance Dashboards, including Budget v Actual spend data, that enabled managers to progressively track operational performance metrics. As a result of using these Dashboards, adjustments were made mid-project that optimised KPI adherence.
