SuperPlast NC 905 HC is
Suphonated Naphthalene
condensate polymer based
formulation which provides
appreciable strength Gain
by high water reduction at
any constant workability .
Features :
Improves workability
substantially resulting
in easier and quicker
placement and com-
paction.
Enhances strength by
reducing water re-
quired,
High water reduction .
Water reduction up to
30 %
Water reduction mini-
mizes shrinkage or
cracking hence better
durability and surface
finish.
Less porous and
denser concrete.
More cohesive con-crete. Bleeding is
minimized.
Pumping properties of
the mix are improved.
Usage :
For producing Flow-
able/Pumpable con-
crete.
For producing high
strength /grade con-
crete by substantiallyreducing water.
For producing con-
crete having high
workability , requiring
minimum compaction.
For reducing cement
content of the mix.
Hence reducing heat
of hydration , shrink-
ages and improving
durability.
Compatibility :
SuperPlast NC 905 HC is
compatible with most
chemical admixtures used
in the production of con-
crete such as water-
reducing admixtures, air
entertainers, accelerators,
retarders, extended set-
control admixtures, corro-
sion inhibitors, and shrink-
age reducers or Mineral
Admixtures such as slag
and pozzolans such as fly
ash, metakaolin and silica
fume.
Packing :
SuperPlast NC 905 is sup-
plied in 60 and 250 kg
drums. It can also be sup-
plied in tanker load.

Usage Instructions :Dosage :
Depends on workablity
gain/ strength gain re-
quired ,best determined by
site trials . Normally its in
the range of 0.4- 1.6% of
cement.
Application Method :
Required quantity of Su-
perPlast NC 905 should be
added along with gauging
water , preferably with last
20% of the water required.
It should not be added to
dry cement.
Over dosage :
Over dosage of SuperPlast
NC 905 HC may cause
excessive delay in initial
and final setting time.
Bleeding and segregation
may also occur. Small
over dosage normally don't
cause any adverse effect on
final strength of concrete .

Storage :
SuperPlast NC 905 HC must be stored
in a properly sealed container at a tem-
perature range of 5 - 45 C away from
direct Sunlight. In case of freezing it
should we remixed with slight heating .
If stored properly it has a shelf life of 1
year.
Safety :
Direct Contact with body parts such as
eyes, mouth and skin should be avoided.
In case of ingested, seek immediate medi-
cal attention. In case of contact with eyes
wash with splashes of clean water and
seek immediate medical assistance. Keep
away from children and animals. Do not
reuse containers for storage of items for
human consumption .
Storage & Safety :
Many other water reducing / Plastisizing /
Superplasticizing / Retarding - Plasticizing
products are available . Separate datasheetsmay be availed for them . Tailor made prod-
ucts for specific customer requirement can
also be made available.
