如狗主當日未能親自前往，陪同狗隻人士必須附帶狗主身份証影印本及授權書出席。

Dog owners with reservation must bring their: ‧ identity card ‧ dog license (if applicable) ‧application form

If the dog owners are unable to attend in person, the representative must also bring along the authorization letter and a copy of the dog owner’s identity card.
