JPBasic PT

ApplicationsAutomatic water lifting and pressure boosting sets,particularly suitable for domestic use, small installa-tions for civil, industrial and agricultural use, washingsystems and hobbies.

The characteristics of the JPBasic-pumps are that theyare self-priming electric pumps which can operate evenwhen there is air, gas and small quantities of sand in thewater.

The set is composed of a diaphragm tank with capacity19 litres, pressure switch for automatic operation, pres-

sure gauge, JPBasic electric pump complete with powercable and plug, kit for coupling the pump and the tank,all assembled and ready for installation.

Note:Vertical 8 litres or 18 litres tanks are used in somemarkets.

Constructional featuresPump

Cast iron pump body and motor support.

Technopolymer impeller, diffuser, Venturi tube and sandguard.

Stainless steel pressure discs.

Carbon/ceramic mechanical seal.

Motor

Induction motor, closed and cooled with external venti-lation. Rotor mounted on oversized greased sealed-for-life ball bearings, to ensure silent running and a long life.

Built-in thermal and current overload protection and acapacitor permanently in circuit.

Manufactured according to standard EN 60335-2-41.

Motor protection: IP 44

Insulation class: F

Standard voltage: 1 x 220-240 V, 50 Hz.

Tank

Horizontal type, capacity 19 litres, with butyldiaphragm, complete with feet on the bottom andbrackets for fixing the pump on top.

Liquid quality requirements: Clean, free from solids or abrasive substances, non viscous, non aggressive,non crystallized, chemically neutral, close to the characteristics of water.
