It is agreed that the Company shall refund to the Named Insured, not leas than thirty (30) days after expiration of the policy, 16% of the Bodily Injury Liability and Property Damage Liability premium for each prtvate pagsenger automobile classified aa "pleaaure and busine88" while the policy dord.e insurance for both Bodily Injury Liablllty and Property Damage Liability with respect to such automobile without rate adjust­ment because of experience, fleet or other rating Rlans, provided:

1. Thirty days after expiration of the policy there is pending no claim and the Compuy is maintaining no 1088 rest'rves and has ~d no 1088, other than for such immediate medical and IIUl'gical relief to others aa shall be imperative at the time of the accident, under either the Bod!Jy Injury Liability or the Property Damage Liability coverage on account of an accident arising out of the ownership, maintenance or use of such automobile while the policy applies thereto; and

2. The word "automobile" wherever used in this endorsement shall mean such automobile and the auto­mobile, if any, of the same classiftcatlon which replaces it; and

8. When the policy a1ford.e insurance with respect to a trailer used only with such an automobiJe, or with respect to the operation by the Insured of undeaignated automobiles, the premium and experi­ence for such other insurance shall be deemed a part of the premium and experience of the highest rated automobile to which this endorsement is applicable; and

4. The policy affords insurance for both Bodily Injury Liability and Property Damage Liability during a policy period of twelve months, and the policy is not canceled during such oeriod althnncr'h in••·- - ­may be suspended; and

5. Evidence of financial responsibility under a Financial Responsi~ilityt· nLab:'c!.~:eo~/umiahed under the policy for the Named Insured, or for any other person or orprusa to A. Conviction of any person for
