The Seminar will be held at the Cornucopia Hotel, Xagħra, Gozo, from Friday 6 th March at 16:00, till lunchtime, Sunday 9 th March 2015. The Seminar will host teachers from Norway, Poland, France, Bulgaria, Estonia, Slovakia, Czech Republic and Denmark and from Malta and Gozo. The Maltese eTwinning National Support Service will be sponsoring 12 teachers, 6 from Malta and 6 from Gozo. The 6 teachers residing in Malta will be entitled for accommodation in Gozo, sponsored by the eTwinning NSS for two nights (Friday Sunday). Meals, coffee breaks, and an educational visit on Saturday evening will be provided for all participants free of charge. An eTwinning Introductory Pack will also be available for all attendees. Target Audience This eTwinning Seminar is open to primary school teachers (Year 4, 5 and 6) and to secondary teachers ( Form 1, 2 and 3). Workshops will focus on eTwinning and its tools, Web 2.0 tools for the classroom, and how to integrate eTwinning projects in schools. The final workshop on Sunday will consist of a networking activity amongst all teachers. The eTwinning National Support Service is pleased to announce the first eTwinning Seminar for 2015, which will be

held on 6th

- 8th

March 2015. The Seminar will be held at the Cornucopia Hotel, Xagħra, Gozo, from Friday 6th

March at

16:00, till lunchtime, Sunday 9th

March 2015.

The Seminar will host teachers from Norway, Poland, France, Bulgaria, Estonia, Slovakia, Czech Republic and Denmark

and from Malta and Gozo.

The Maltese eTwinning National Support Service will be sponsoring 12 teachers, 6 from Malta and 6 from Gozo. The 6

teachers residing in Malta will be entitled for accommodation in Gozo, sponsored by the eTwinning NSS for two

nights (Friday – Sunday).

Meals, coffee breaks, and an educational visit on Saturday evening will be provided for all participants free of charge.

Application Process

Teachers from the primary sector (Years 4, 5 and 6) and the secondary sector ( Form 1 to Form 3 ) are invited to apply by

sending an email to [email protected]. Please note that only two teachers from each school will be eligible to

attend.

Attendance is strictly by application and on a first come, first served basis. Applications are subject to approval by the

eTwinning NSS office.

Deadline for application is Friday 6th

February 2015.
