常民建筑团队包括谢英俊建筑师事务所(台湾)、达文营造股份有

限公司(台湾)、成都常民世纪建筑科技有限公司、新津常民建筑

科技有限公司、北京常民世纪科技有限公司。自1999年起致力

于强化轻型钢结构住宅系统的研发和推广。其宗旨是为改善乡

村的基础设施与人文环境，实现节能型社会于可持续发展的目

标，为当下正面临环境和经济等问题的住宅产业，提供创新性

的策略和方案。

经过多年探索和实践，常民已开发出足够简化和具有开放性的

技术体系，可应社会需求，提供施工便捷、建造快速、成本低

廉、环保节能、极具针对性和市场价值的强化轻钢住宅系统。

Design for People Co., Ltd. believes everyone has the right

to live in high quality housing with affordable price. In the

past 15 years, we have developed an innovative solution

to tackle with the dynamic housing issues in both rural and

urban areas.

Our reinforced lightweight steel framing has developed a

set of adaptive prototype, which decreases the construction

costs and enhances the quality of modern housing. We offer

a compatible design solution to achieve the humanity, liabil-

ity and sustainability of built environment.

主持建筑师 / Principal Architect

谢英俊建筑师长年致力于轻钢结构房屋研发与建设工作，秉持

可持续的理念，结合科学方法，深刻地将社会、文化、经济条

件融入，以就地取材、适用技术建立开放式构造体系的作为，

降低成本与技术门槛，让大众参与符合绿色环保、节能减碳的

现代化家屋兴建。先后完成台湾921地震灾后原住民部落300余

户重建、河南兰考农村合作建房地球屋、四川512汶川地震灾

后村落重建、茂县、青川等地500余户农房重建，台湾88水灾

原住民部落1000余户重建，西藏牧民定居房等多项工作。

作品成果获国内外关注与肯定，2004年“永续建筑架构下的原

住民部落重建”入选联合国最佳人居环境案例，2008年受邀

参加威尼斯建筑双年展，同年荣获中国建筑传媒奖组委会特别

奖，2011年获美国柯里史东设计首奖与台湾建筑奖，2012年台

湾文艺最高奖、杰出建筑师奖、文化中国年度人物大奖。

Hsieh, Ying - Chun (1954) aims to implement the scientif-

ic method and participatory approach into design and con-

struction process. After the devastating earthquake in Tai-

wan 1999, in Sichuan 2008 and in Lushan 2013, Hsieh’s

post - quake reconstruction and innovation approach of

housing and communities in disaster - struck areas gained

him international recognition.

He has received awards such as UN Habitat Best Practices

in 2004, Curry Stone design prize for visionary design in-

novation in 2011, Taiwan’s National Award for Arts in 2011,

and the short listed for China’s Culture Figure of the year in

2012.

We offer a set of building prototype from private housing,

villa, apartment, to public building. The prototype could pro-

vide a dynamic design solution and highly adaptive to the

cultural contexts and physical conditions.

开放原则因地制宜Flexible & Compatible采用“加强冷弯薄壁型钢”做房屋骨架，搭配轻型楼板及屋

面，大幅度降低建筑物重量，使房子可以抵抗八级地震。墙、

楼板、屋顶（盖）的建筑材料可就地取材，石头、竹、土、

稻草、草、旧砖、旧砌块、旧木板皆可使用，减少传统建造对

于木材、水泥和砖的需求用量，同时其他的工业产品例如屋面

瓦、预制拼装式墙体也可以纳入我们的建筑系统。

Our reinforced lightweight steel framing structure is quake

resistant. The structure is not only compatible to local ma-

terial, but also suitable to industrialized products. We have

applied several materials such as stone, bricks, bamboo,

wood, straw, soil and mud. Prefabricated tile, board, plate

and brick are perfectly fit in our structure.

得以实践。房屋框架的组立和土建工程可同时进行直至完成。

通过专业设计和专业技术人员指导下, 施工仅需简单操作工具可

让居民自主参与建设。

Our innovation approach provides the solution to shorten

the construction time and minimize construction cost. First

of all, the lightweight framing steel assembly and erection

could work parallel to foundation construction. In addition,

we simplify the construction technique, which allow the in-

habitants such as elderlies, women and children could be

involved in the construction work under guidance.

20 代表作品-灾后重建 / Post-disaster reconstruction

阿里山来吉部落重建是台湾八八风灾后由“世界展望会”出资，

达文营造施工承包的重建项目，总计42户，采用四种装拼屋型，

基地错落有致。基础均采用毛石混凝土基础，主体结构为轻钢结

构，墙体采用两侧挂钢网免拆模板中间填充低配混凝土的形式，

以达到增加刚度，减轻自重的目的，墙体材料为杉木雨淋板，屋

面材料为镀锌烤漆钢板，阳台外侧护栏则采用传统的竹编。

2013年雅安芦山地震导致农户房屋受灾严重，政府立刻启动

灾后重建。由政府和壹基金共同出资，政府规划重建地址，

共重建51户。

目，由居民自行出资,西昌市人民政府补助，村民组建施工队承

包，整个彝族新寨依山而建，错落有致。

The Earth House 001 Yaqimada Dormitory亚齐麻达屋 - 晏阳初乡村建设学院宿舍

亚齐是2004年东南亚海啸的受灾地区，谢英俊建筑师受邀参与

灾后重建方案，并在河北示范建造，以低造价（3000美元）

、低技术与简单易行（当地劳动力可掌握）为目的。实验任务

后，房子改造成适应北方地区气候，作为乡建学院的宿舍使

用。

对象为农村年轻夫妇，功能布局较为开放，一楼厨房、餐厅与

客厅贯穿连通，二楼西侧卧室留出南向阳台，中间是充满阳光

的起居室。以土、竹等自然材料与现代的薄壁轻钢材料结合使

用，给予传统农宅新的诠释。
