mission critical applications.1. Agree upon what is acceptable downtime (RTO).2. Agree upon your recovery point objective (RPO).3. Zero downtime comes at a significant cost.4. The IT staff needs to guide the executives.


RPO – RTO• RPO = recovery point objective
