ATF assembly No welding is required. A plate bolted to the disperator is mounted to a screw assembly fixed into a 90mm drain hole of the sink. A clear advantage when it is not possible to weld on site into an existing sink unit. The assembly comes with a removable feeder/cutlery trap and flushing nozzle (option flush pipe) ATV assembly The ATV model is welded into a 90mm drain hole in the sink unit. The flange assembly gives extra support and strength in sinks manufactured of thin gauge stainless steel. A plate bolted to the disperator is threaded to the nipple on the flange. The assembly comes with removable feeder/cutlery trap and flush nozzle (option flush pipe) BS assembly The nipple attachment of the BS model is welded into a 80mm drain hole in the sink unit and is recommended for installation requiring the minimum height between the sink and the floor. A plate bolted to the disperator is threaded to nipple. The assembly comes with removable feeder/cutlery trap and flush nozzle (option flush pipe) DRRK assembly Enables the installation so that the full diameter of the inlet to the grinder can be used. This is an advantage when the dimensions and the amount of the food waste to be ground are large. A protection cover with a limit switch and a flushing nozzle is included in the delivery.

4. FREE STANDING INSTALLATION

MB - model permits batch feeding

Continuous feeding of food waste A lid (safety cover) covers only part of the

disposer inlet.

This permits food waste to be fed into the disposer but prevents access to the grinder.

At frequent feeding of food waste, the

continuous mode gives easy and fast access to the disposer.

The cover is fitted with a limit switch which

stops the disposer motor when the cover is lifted.

Recommended for use when removing food

waste from plates before washing up.

CONTINUOUS VS. BATCH FEEDING Bach feeding of food waste

A lid (safety cover) completely covers the

disposer inlet. Food waste is fed into the assembly before

the lid is closed and the grinding process begin.

When using the disposer less frequently

with less waste volumes and great demand upon cleanliness

The lid is fitted with a limit switch which

stops the disposer motor when the lid is lifted.

Recommended in cold buffet areas.
