Observation #ConfcallRS!

• 276 étudiants de Bachelor • Âge moyen : 28 ans• Bas niveau d'acculturation au web 2.0 • 57% d’entre-eux ont un contrat en alternance !• 97% n’ont jamais utilisé de dispositif de microblogging!!Objectifs poursuivis!• Médiation sociotechnique pendant les confcall (en synchrone)!• Prolonger les interactions au-delà des confcall (synchrone / asynchrone)!• Valoriser le partage social (culture participative) • Articulations avec le blog (potentialités de redocumentarisation)• Réduire le clivage entre les sphères académiques et domestiques

Résultats préliminaires!• taux de participation de 20,2% (pour un cours facultatif)!• de nouvelles modalités collaboratives (communautés de pratique)!• un style dialogique approprié et qui fait des émules !• déplacement des chaînes de médiation (tous médiateurs, «produsage»)

• tendance à la redocumentarisation (blogs personnels, portfolio...)

• médiation ciblée (par le monitoring de l’émulation dans le groupes) !!Limites!

• faiblesse de la population (analyse qualitative)!• variables parasites (la boîte noire de Facebook)
