G - gridA set of intersecting lines that provides a way of determining the absolute location of a place! Known as Latitude and Longitude.
S - scaleShows the relationship of map distances to actual distances on the earths surface!
T - titleDescribes what the map shows!
A - authorIdentifies the individual or institution that created the map!(Ex.- Nystrom)
