No.36/2012 Bidang usaha yang terbuka dan tertutup.• Sesuai tuntutan pasar ASEAN, setiap profesi harus

memiliki “kompetensi yang teregistrasi” di Negara asal dan “direkognisi” oleh negara-negara ASEAN.

Ada ± 87 RS berskala International kerjasama PMA akan dibangun di Indonesia 3-5 tahun ke depan membuka lapangan kerja bagi dokter/dokter gigi/spesialis WNI karena AFAS mode-4bagi dokter/dokter gigi WNA “unbound”(tertutup).

ASEAN MRA on The Movement of Natural Person (MNP) ditandatangani Nov.2012

• MNP dilaksanakan mulai tahun 2013 diawali “negosiasi komitmen khusus antar negara ASEAN” : pengakuan kualifikasi, penyetaraan “core” kompetensi dan etikolegal melibatkan PMRA, PDRA, Organisasi Profesi, 5 kolegium (dr, dr.SpB, dr.SpA, dr.SpOG, dr.SpPD) dan kolegium dokter gigi/dokter gigi spesialis.

• Negara ASEAN diminta memfasilitasi pertukaran informasi: prosedur registrasi, lisensi, “domestic regulations” melalui website yang dikoordinasi ASEAN Secretary.

• implementasi ASEAN MRA dokter dan dokter gigi harus tetap mengutamakan kepentingan bangsa dan NKRI melalui penguatan “Domestic Regulations”.

Kewajiban melakukan registrasi/registrasi ulang berlaku bagi dokter/dokter gigi/spesialis di semua Negara

Persyaratan rekognisi dokter/dokter gigi ASEAN:

1) Teregistrasi oleh ”Profesional Regulatory Authority” di Negara asal dan Negara tujuan

2) Kualifikasi Institusi dan sistem pendidikan terekognisi,

3) Sertifikat kompetensi diakui oleh kolegium se ASEAN

4) Pengalaman berpraktik di negaranya minimal 5 tahun,

5) Melalui penyetaraan CPD,

6) Tidak sedang terkena sanksi pelanggaran hukum, disiplin dan etika profesi.

ASEAN - Teregistrasi oleh PRA di negara asal dan negara tujuan- direkognisi sesuai persyaratan eligibilitas MRA ASEAN,- memenuhi persyaratan “domestic regulations”,

dapat melakukan kegiatan praktik kedokteran/ kedokteran gigi di Indonesia dan di negara ASEAN

• Akan terjadi persaingan jasa dokter dan dokter gigi ASEAN berbasis kompetensi dan iptek.

• Peningkatan kompetensi melalui kegiatan P2KB/P3KGB/ sertifikasi internasional “keharusan” untuk eksis di era global.

yang melakukan praktik kedokteran di Indonesia perlunya Sistem Informasi registrasi dokter dan dokter

gigi secara terpadu antara KKI dengan pengandil di Pusat dan Daerah.

• Peningkatan koordinasi antara KKI dengan pengandil registrasi di tingkat pusat dan daerah dalam proses registrasi/registrasi ulang dokter/dokter gigi, registrasi bersyarat dan registrasi sementara dokter/dokter gigi WNA
