我国建筑节能率目标The goal of building energy efficiency in China 建设部提出的总体目标 The overall goal by Ministry of Construction :
2010 年:所有城镇建筑达到 50 %节能率;特大城市和部分城市率先达到 65%. By 2010, 50% of energy-saving in all towns; 65% in Mega-cities and part of the cities.
2020 年:所有城镇建筑全部达到 65%. By 2020: 65% in all towns.
