1.El Cambio Climático esta obligando a la agricultura mexicana a tomar medidas de adaptación que le permitan al productor hacerle frente a eventos de orden catastrófica.
2.Esto incluye la utilización de tecnologías de la información e instrumentos financieros que protejan las inversiones de los productores.
3.Actualmente se produce un cúmulo importante de información, pero su aplicación por parte de los productores es limitada.
4.Urgen acciones de capacitación y capitalización de los pequeños productores.
