Creating and managing Exchange accounts for users and Distribution lists on MS Exchange Servers installed onsite/Colo/Cloud.

Network troubleshooting: TCP/IP, DHCP/DNS/Firewall/ISP related issues for onsite and remote users and devices.

Disaster Recovery and Backup: Implementing/maintaining /repairing Symantec tape backups as well as cloud backup services like Databarracks.

The project involved replacing Canon printers with Samsung once the SLA with current vender expired. I wasresponsible for decommissioning and installing and configuring network settings on the printers throughout the Office. The project involved removing IT hardware, cabling and Siemens analog phone system throughout the office.I was responsible for decommissioning old IT hardware and recabling network devices and installing digital Siemens telephones throughout. Migration from Windows NT4 domain to Window 2003 domain. My responsibility was to upgrade hardwareand desktop network configurations and replace old thin-client terminals with desktops, the migration went effectively and without delays. I liaised with the staff members on regular basis to ensure all project objectives were met and singlehandedly wrote all procedures and paper work and documentation for training users for the project.
