Aventus Partners was formed 4 years ago, by a team of professionals who have had extensive experience in the area of Talent Management, and who have worked together for over 10 years in the domain of Talent Acquisition, Assessment and development .
This core team worked for over 6 years in the Human Capital Practice of Ernst & Young India before moving on to set up Aventus Partners in the year 2007.

Brief profile of the senior team of the enterprise
M.P.Sriram :Sriram has a bachelors degree in Law from Pune University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur and graduated with Gold Medals from both these institutions. He has had tenures as a professional Manager (Asian Paints), and as a Human Resource Management consultant (Hewitt and Ernst & Young) for 16 years and has served clients extensively both in the private and pubic sectors. Venkatnarayan V. Iyer :Venkat has a Bachelor’s Degree In Industrial Engineering from M S University of Baroda. With over 16 years of work experience across sectors and roles ,at Aventus Venkat is responsible for delivering leadership talent solutions to our clients and managing Aventus Partners strategic investment portfolio. Prior to founding Aventus he was an Associate Director at Ernst and Young for close to 6 years.
Tania Gooptu: Tania has a Master of Arts degree in Comparative Literature from Jadavpur University and has spend over 13 years providing leadership talent solutions to clients while working for organizations like Ernst and Young, and MaFoi. Her clients range from Oil & Gas, Private Equity, EPC, to Clean Technology solution providers. In her current role at Aventus she is responsible for building the Aventus brand & developing Capabilities within the organization in addition to Supporting Aventus Partners strategic investment portfolio.
