The primary activities are store and office space rental/or sale, and land development . Currently, our company's co-construction project located rightby Shilin Presidential Residence has been divided into 9 units with total of 4,374.93 sq. meter. This co-construction project has been completed on August 1,2017. Six units have been rented out in April 2018, and 1 unit signed in August 2020 to be rented, and we are still actively looking for suitors for the other 2 units.

The primary activities are, trading of imported vehicles, and special vehicles (green vehicles and engineering vehicles etc.), we work together with car body manufacturers to enter bidding projects of government environmental protection agencies for green vehicles such as garbage trucks, ditch cleaning and street sweeping vehicles etc.. As a result of years of work in the green vehicle area , we are expected to see a gradual increase in the market share. We are also expected to be developing new types of construction materials and other businesses. Furthermore, we also seek opportunities with up and downstream companies of all the above businesses for a more steady revenue and profit.
