    6. BNG H THNG TUN HAN CC NGUYN T HA HC

    6.1. Nguyn tc xy dng bng h thng tun han

    Pht biu nh lut tun hon: Tnh cht ca cc nguyn t ph thuc tun han vo in tch ht nhn nguyn t ca nguyn t.
