RACORES AUTOMÁTICOS
Los racores automáticos Metal Work representan el elementode conjunción tubo-actuador por excelencia.Práctico y veloz el racor automático Metal Work se puedere-utilizar miles de veces sin comprometer la perfecta retenciónneumática y mecánica. Disponible en diversas configuraciones,asegura una flexibilidad de empleo prácticamente ilimitada;el muelle de sujeción , prende el tubo sin grabarlo nideformarlo permitiendo así una mayor simplicidad en laoperación de conexionar o desconexionar el racor del tubo.En los racores el anillo del racor dispone de unas ranuraspara el destornillador (PATENT.) para facilitar la desconexiónel aplicaciones inaccesibles a los dedos, además las figurasRL19, RL21, RL22, RL23, RL23M, RL24, RL44, RL45 y RL49ofrecen la posibilidad de fijación a pared gracias a dosagujeros pasantes asimétricos.

• Con cuatro rácores base se realizan todas las conexiones deun circuito neumático.• Drástica disminución de los rácores a mantener en el almacény de los correspondientes costes de gestión.
CARACTERISTICAS GENERALES
Todos los rácores con rosca cilíndrica yjunta de estanqueidad incorporada (patenteMETAL WORK). El uso del OR mejoraclaramente la estanqueidad en lassuperficies inclinadas, brutas, ligeramenteconvexas, etc. Eliminación del uso del Teflon(P.T.F.E.).
Montaje de los rácores con llaves Allen ocon útil neumático. Todas las L y T songiratorias. Drástica reducción del tiempode montaje.
Con una sola T se realizan las T centralesy las T laterales.
Facilidad de desmontaje del tubo medianteuna ligera presión sobre el anillo deempuje. Práctico desmontaje del rácor conuna simple presión radial sobre la llave dedesmontaje.

La especial solución constructiva con doble"OR" de estanqueidad, permite aprovecharla orientabilidad también para seguir elmovimiento del tubo en el contexto de laautomatización específica.
Rácores con junta incorporada y altura (H)reducida con paridad a la conexión roscaday 0 tubo.
